Purpose：This study aims to through the application of "benefit heart kidney,invigorate the circulation of the water" of the traditional Chinese medicineand grass through vein granule in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasistype water stop patients with chronic heart failure (heart function Ⅱ, Ⅲ level),observe the clinical curative effect of the drug in patients with CHF and theeffect of long-term prognosis, prove that "heart kidney development" theclinical curative effect of treatment of chronic heart failure, through thecurative effect of the change, further tries to reveal the "heart kidney word"pathological mechanism for the treatment of CHF.For clear heart kidneyassociated with CHF comparative study of the pathogenesis of essence to providenew methods and objective basis.Material and method：The research object of this test all of it from liaoninguniversity hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and liaoning traditionalChinese medicine slow disease hospital between January2013and June2013’s heartmedicine outpatient clinic or hospital patients, which accord with standard ofthe analysis of90patients with chronic heart failure. Using computer randomsystem of the patients were randomized into the treatment group45cases, controlgroup45cases. In3months after treatment and6months of follow-up.Results：1.Two groups of patients before treatment in gender, age, course of diseases,personal history, family history, heart failure effect of integral and gradeof cardiac function, cardiac function index, TCM syndrome integral,6min walkingtest, the respect such as quality of life rating scale in the comparison, therewere no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable in both groups beforetreatment, random grouping effect is better.2. The curative effect of treatment group and control group after treatment ofheart failure of integral change, the treatment group total effective rate was97.78%, control group total effective rate was84.44%, the curative effect oftwo groups of patients with heart failure compared with significant difference(P <0.05), the treatment group curative effect on heart failure is better thanthe control group.3. The treatment group after treatment of cardiac function to improve the totaleffective rate was97.78%, the control group was88.89%, two groups totaleffective rate is no difference (P>0.05), but the two groups after treatmenteffective, efficient and inefficient and degradation rate were compared, thestatistical significant difference (P <0.01).4. Compare two groups of cardiac function indexes change after treatment, leftventricular end-diastolic diameter (EDV) and left ventricular end systolicdiameter (ESV) no statistical difference (P>0.05); Compared the two groupsbefore and after the treatment itself, EDV and ESV are lower, tip two groupsof treatment all can improve ventricular structure. In the two groups aftertreatment every cardiac output (SV) and ejection fraction (EF) was increased,the statistically significant (P <0.05), the treatment group is better thanthat of control group (P <0.05); Tip two groups of treatment all can improvecardiac output stroke volume (SV) and ejection fraction (EF), the treatment group improved more obviously.5. Ecg improve the total effective rate in the two groups after treatment, thetreatment group was97.78%, the control group was88.89%, two groups there wasno significant statistical difference (P>0.05), but the efficiency,effectiveness, efficiency, respectively, the two groups, statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).6. The two groups after treatment the quality of life scale score was improved,the significant difference (P <0.01) and effect of the treatment group improvedsignificantly better than that of control group (P <0.05), and the grass throughvein granule can significantly improve the patients quality of life.8. For a period of6months after treatment, the treatment group totalhospitalization rate was4.44%, control group total hospitalization rate was13.34%, there are differences in statistics to compare the two groups (P <0.05),treatment group total hospitalization rate is lower than the control group againwithin six months, prompt and grass through vein granule can significantlydecrease the rate of patients to the hospital, improve the prognosis of patientswith long-term.9. During the treatment, two groups of patients were not present obvious orserious adverse reaction, good safety and tolerability.Conclusion：1. Participation grass through vein granule can significantly reduce chronic heart failure (heart function Ⅱ, Ⅲ) qi deficiency and blood stasis type waterstop curative effect in patients with heart failure points, improve the curativeeffect of heart failure, lower left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (EDV)and left ventricular end systolic diameter (ESV), improve ventricular structure,increase output stroke volume (SV) and ejection fraction (EF), improve heartfunction, increase exercise tolerance, improve the quality of life.2. And grass through vein granule can significantly improve cardiac functionclassification, myocardial ischemia in patients with chronic heart failure,improve the clinical curative effect.3. After the follow-up found that ginseng grass unclogged arteries particlescan be significantly reduced in patients with chronic heart failurehospitalization rates again within six months, for improving the long-termoutcome of patients with chronic heart failure have a positive impact.
