Objectibe:To research the clinical effect of Shenqifuzheng injection (SQFZI)on the breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy. However, due to its selective effect on tumor cells is not strong, toxic side effects of drugs and toxic systemic treatment is strong. Because of the lack of fundamental metabolic differences between the tumor cells and normal cells, most of cytotoxic chemotherapy drugs, which inhibit the tumor cell growth, while also killing the normal body cells, damage justice, play a round on the inhibition of immune function, the prevalence of fatigue, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, poor sleep, decreased blood cell, organ damage, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other side effects is coming, which seriously affecting the quality of life of patients, and even forced to interrupt treatment for individual patients, more effective treatment. Actively seeking to reduce both response to chemotherapy, without affecting the clinical effect of chemotherapy drugs as an urgent need to address the problem. Gradually in recent years people try to use Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy to prevent the side effects of chemotherapy, improve patient tolerance to chemotherapy, and has made great achievements. Medicine in the country to mobilize the body's resistance to diseases, other treatments to reduce side effects, has unique strengths, such as:Chinese medicine righting combined with chemotherapy, can significantly reduce both side effects, but also ensure the smooth completion of chemotherapy regimens, but also sensitized synergistic effect. To learn more about traditional Chinese medicine preparation in the role of adjuvant chemotherapy, here we choose Shenqifuzheng injection to observate its clinical value in adjuvant chemotherapy.Methods:100 patients were randomly into two groups, the control group and the observe group, 50 in each group.All patients were treated with the diffrent regimen of chemotherapy for 21 days as one therapertic cycle, while those in the observe group were given SQFZI (250ml, qd)additionally in the meanwhile. The therapertic efficacy was evaluated by hemogram, Liver function, immune function and the adverse reaction, as well as quality of life. After a week of chemotherapy to rise temporarily white, liver and other treatment, the first 5-7 days of blood routine, liver function, blood leukocytes obtained the lowest values, liver function, alanine aminotransferase, or take the maximum value of aspartate aminotransferase; end of the experiment white blood taken 4 cycles minimum value, liver function is 4 cycles of alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase maximum value statistics; immune function (immunoglobulins G, A, M, C-reactive protein) test once before chemotherapy, all chemotherapy after the test time; by Karnofsky scoring points, beginning of the experiment, the end of the score 1 for statistics.Results:The bone marrow depression(the percentage above III0 and IV0 of bone marrow depression in the control group and the observe group is 60%, 16%, P<0.0001)caused by chemotherapy, the symptom of nausea and vomitting, febrile(P=0.0003, P= 0.0125), quality of life (the decrease rate in the control group and the observe group is58%, 14%, P<0.0001) were improved in the observe group; while the immune function, alopecie, diarrhoea were not improved in the observe group.Conclusions:SQFZI can relieve the chemotherapy poisonous side reaction effectually, improve the quality of life.Shenqifuzheng injection is a traditional medicine with Codonopsis, Astragalus as the main raw material to extract the active ingredients made from pure Chinese medicine, with a strengthening and restoring, Qi and spleen function. This study demonstrates that Shenqifuzheng injection to treat chemotherapy-induced side effects, improved quality of life, with the exception of patients with vascular stimulation, but no other adverse reactions, can be used as a common breast cancer chemotherapy during secondary drug.
