Purpose: 1. Compared with normal group, model group, serum, brain tissue SOD, GSH-Px activity decreased(P <0.01); and after treatment Huayu Group spleen expectorant expectorant stasis group, spleen expectorant group was better than Jia(P <0.01); spleen expectorant and Phlegm stasis law, although two different, but not statistically significant(P> 0.05). 4. Spleen Quyu law, spleen expectorant law, expectorant circulation method can reduce brain Aβ levels.(P <0.05) spleen and blood stasis and phlegm method is better than the spleen expectorant law, expectorant circulation method.Conclusion: 1. Coronary atherosclerosis model Bama miniature pigs dyslipidemia, serumanti-lipid peroxidation weakened, spleen expectorant circulation treatment has significant lipid-lowering effect, increased serum lipid peroxidase anti-SOD, GSH-Px activity, shows that the spleen expectorant circulation method has significant lipid-lowering effect, its lipid-lowering effect may be to improve anti-lipid peroxidation to complete. 2. Abnormal lipid content can promote atherosclerosis model Bama mini pig brain Aβ inside, we can see Aβ increase lipid abnormalities may be a risk factor; and spleen expectorant in order to improve the circulation in the brain tissue SOD, GSH-Px activity Aβ-lowering effect may be through improving the mechanism of anti-lipid peroxidation imbalance completed. 3. Spleen expectorant circulation method in lipid, improve anti-lipid peroxidation function method than the spleen expectorant, expectorant circulation method is better described circulation of the spleen phlegm Treatment of dyslipidemia to achieve it good effect, and can prevent Aβ deposition in the brain.
