Experimental Study On The Effect Of Qingzhi Tongmai Granule On Blood Lipid In Rabbits

Background:A large number of epide miology reports that:it is a trend on the whole that the morbidity of cardiocascular diseases are on the rise.The disease are the most serious diseases because of atherosclerosis(AS) now. It was the most important task to our doctor that how to prevent these diseases.AS we all know,dyslipidamia hyperpiesia is the risk of atherosclerosis,so controlling dyalipidamia is very important. This research use hyperlipoidemia model of domestie rabbit to detect the effects of QING-ZHI-TONG-MAI granule on triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) to provide new drugs for prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.Purpose:Using hyperlipoidemia model of domestic rabbit, to observing the anti-hyperlipoidaemia effects of QING-ZHI-TONG-MAI granule and more study is corresponding mechanisms, to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application on QING-ZHI-TONG –MAI granule.Material and method: 1、Select 48 rabbits, random allocation,using high –fat diet to established hyperlipidaemia model 2、Compared with QING-ZHI-TONG-MAI granule, observing the effects of QING-ZHI-TONG-MAI granule on triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).Results: 1.QING-ZHI-TONG-MAI granule can obviously decreased the elevated level of triglyceride(TG).The effects of QING-ZHI-TONG-MAI granule were similar to the effects of XUE-ZHI-KANG group. 2.The effects of QING-ZHI-TONG-MAI granule on cholesterol, high –density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were not significantly.Conclusion: 1.Establishment of hyperlipidemia model in rabbit with high fat diet. 2.QING-ZHI-TONG-MAI granule can obviously decreased the serum level of triglyceride(TG). 3. By lowering blood lipid,QING-ZHI-TONG-MAI granule could reducing the occurrence of atherosclerosis.
