Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure (Qi - Yin Deficiency Type) By

Purpose:Clinical observation of Dengzhan Shengmai capsule on Chronic Heart Failure(Deficiency of Qi Yin). Material and method:Randomly selected 60 cases of chronic heart failure patients met criteria into 2 groups,namely control group and experimental group,each group of 30 people. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, give appropriate tonic,diuretic,receptor blockers,ACEI or ARB and other drugs. The experimental group was treated with Dengzhan Shengmai capsule on the basis of western medicine,orally 2 tablets each time,3time a day,4weeks as a course of treatment. Observed and compared between the two groups of patient with traditional Chinese syndrome integral,cardiac functional grading(NYHA grading),ultrasonic beckoning graph results(CO、SV、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF),the changes of plasma NT-proBNP concentiation,the 6 minutes walk test index. Results:Proved by the clinical research on the treatment of 4 weeks: The experimental group was better than the control group in the effect of traditional chinese syndrome and the traditional Chinese syndrome integral(P<0.05);The curative effect of traditional chinese symptom analysis showed that in experimental group,heart palpitations、shortness of breath、chest tightness(pain)、fatigue、dry mouth、spontaneous sweating、 night sweats、efficiency is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);The experimental group was better than the control group in the ultrasonic beckoning graph results(CO、SV、LVEED、 LVESD、LVEF)(P<0.05); The experimental group plasma NT-proBNP index decreased greatly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);Tolerance in 6MWP sports,the experimental group much better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Dengzhan Shengmai capsules can reduce clinical symptoms, improve patient transport dynamic tolerance and quality of life of the patients, and no obvious adverse reaction.
