The Clinical Observation Of Adjuvant Therapy Of Shengmai Capsule In Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:Observe Shengmai capsule and trimetazidine dihydrochloride tablets for chronic heart million patients with exhaustion (CHF) to both adjuvant treatment effect comparing the effect of analysis, in order to make clear to both chronic heart failure patients is quite curative effect, whether born and discusses pulse capsule auxiliary cure chronic heart failure mechanism.Methods:Ⅰselect 60 cases in hospital with NYHA-cardiac function graded forⅡ～Ⅲlevel CHF. They are randomly divided into 30 cases in control group and 30 cases in treatment one. Both groups are based on basic anti-heart-failure treatment and other basic diseases treatment with western medicine therapy. Then the treatment group take 3 pills of Shengmai capsule,3 times a day; and the control group take 20mg Yansuan Qumeitaqin Pian(trimetazidine dihydrochloride tablets, TMZ),3 times a day for a course of 3-week treatment. Then make contrast evaluation of clinical curative effect.Observe and compare the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), the left ventricular short axis shorten rate (LVFS), the diastolic early and late filling velocity and ratio(E, A and E/A), the six-minute-walk test and the effect of TCM symptoms and impact points of Shengmai capsule and Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets, then draw the conclusion.Results:After the treatment, the cardiac function classification, the clinical symptoms, the LVEF, EF, FS, E, A, E/A, six-minute-walk distance of the two groups are improved obviously (P< 0.05). In the two groups, after the treatment besides the distinct difference in effect of TCM symptoms and impact points(P<0.05), there is no distinct difference in the otherresults (P> 0.05).Conclusions:Shengmai capsule has certain adjuvant treatment of patients with chronic heart failure without obvious poison or side effects. Compared with trimetazidine hydrochloride, Shengmai capsule can equally improve doppler echocardiographic heart function and the clinical symptoms, and enhance six-minute-walk distanceIn addition, Shengmai capsule has a synergy function with western medicine therapy. It can not only enhance curative effect, better improve heart function, but also quickly stable the state of illness and increase patients'exercise tolerance and the quality of life to a better degree.
