To Compare The Advantages Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Purpose:By using statistical methods to compare the scale between the differences to illustrate traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease with stable type angina pectoris phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, for stable angina pectoris phlegm stasis syndrome of judgment and to provide some quantitative tools.Material and method:From 2011 May to 2011 July,in accord with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in patients with 240 cases in 10 domestic center,of which 120 cases as experimental group A,the other 120 cases as control group B,experimental group with Chinese traditional medicine granule group Party Louxiang Dantong heart particles dialectical treatment(ingredients limit,differentiation of medicine,with the card to add and subtract, adjustable dose),the control group with placebo.By using the SAS statistical software,to participate in the allocation unit case number and random proportional form random digital packet table,based on the random digit grouping method,the subjects according to the proportion of 1:1 were randomly assigned to the experimental group or control group.The center also began testing,accomplish research tasks at the same time.The whole experiment process using the three blind. Lou Xiang of Qidan Granule syndrome differentiation and treatment of coronary heart disease with stable type angina pectoris phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, treatment period of 8 weeks,the Seattle Angina scale(SAQ),coronary heart disease and angina pectoris self rating scale,angina pectoris with TCM characteristic survival quality table TCMSAQ can better reflect the quality of life in patients with stable coronary heart disease angina pectoris phlegm stasis syndrome improvement;No.4 and 8 weeks of treatment, assessment of the quality of life of the amount of condensed table(SF-12) can better reflect the quality of life in patients with stable coronary heart disease angina pectoris phlegm stasis syndrome to improve the situation.Stable angina pectoris phlegm stasis syndrome score table 1 and coronary heart disease with stable angina TCM syndrome scoring table 2 throughout the treatment period were able to effectively reflect the situation of stable angina pectoris phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in patients with the syndrome score.3.120 cases syndromes of the patients in the experimental group of tongue and pulse condition has improved,the proportion of normal tongue and pulse increased.
