Meta - Analysis Of Tianma Gouteng Decoction In Treating Hypertension Of Liver - Yang Hyperactivity

Purpose: This graduation thesis is to evaluate the clinical curative effect of gastrodia and uncaria decoction with calcium antagonists therapy of Liver Yang rising of primary hypertension. And to provide evidence of evidence-based medicine for combine traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis to treat primary hypertension.Material and method:Through the clinical study observation and treatment of primary hypertension and literature review, Putting forward a practical problems: how does the effect of gastrodia and uncaria decoction with calcium antagonists therapy of Liver Yang rising of primary hypertension? According to the problem, determining careful the retrieval model, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Comprehensive retrieve the literature from China national knowledge internet(CNKI), database system of wanfang, chongqing weipu database(VIP) in the beginning of 2010 to 2010 at the end. Carry on the preliminary screening, and then using the Jadad score scale literature into the final.Using Rev Man5.3 for data analysis,Come to the conclusion.Results:Gastrodia and uncaria decoction with calcium antagonists participants included 586 patients of test group. Simple application of calcium antagonists of the control group included 581 patients.A total of 1167 patients in both groups. By this system, evaluation results show that,the experimental group compared with the control group,have better antihypertensive effect on systolic blood pressure.The difference was statistically significant(SMD=-1.58,95%CI=-2.28~-0.89,Z=4.47,P<0.00001);Have better antihypertensive effect on diastolic blood pressure,The difference was statistically significant(SMD=-1.26,95%CI=-1.65~-0.87,Z=6.28,P<0.00001);Improving the clinical antihypertensive effects were better,the difference was statistically significant(OR= 4.32,95%CI=2.80~6.69,Z=6.58,P<0.00001);TCM syndrome curative effect has a better effect,The difference was statistically significant(OR= 3.57,95%CI=1.70~7.49,Z=3.36,P<0.001).Conclusion:Gastrodia and uncaria decoction with calcium antagonists contrast pure application of calcium antagonists can better lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, improve clinical antihypertensive efficacy and TMC syndromes curative effect.
