Clinical Evaluation Of Integrative Chinese And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Rectal

Rectal Perineal Fistula (RPF) is an abnormal openings among the rectum and the perineal,and the vulva and etc. It is in the category of "Fecal fistula" With the exhaust from the perineum or defecation were chief complaints.At present, most of the treatment options for rectal fistula are surgical treatment, to solve the perineum or exhaust defection problem fundamentally.Purpose:Through the of 20 cases in therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine of rectal perineal fistula cases were retrospectively studied, effect of patients after treatment evaluation, for rectal perineal fistula and effective treatmentMethod:In this paper, we use exact diagnosis between January February 2010 to 2015 in anorectal Hospital of Liaoning Province hospital treatment for 20 cases of rectal perineal fistula were studied. Among them,14 cases of congenital rectalFistula,6 cases of the acquired wound fistula. All patients underwent resection of anal fistula after angioplasty, continued postoperative symptomatic treatment, Chinese medicine. By self-control, the effect of 3 months after treatment before and after treatment was evaluated.Result:1. The number of patients with defecation pain decreased after treatment compared with the treatment, and had statistical significance. (P<0.05)2. The number of cases of local infection decreased after treatment compared with the treatment, and had statistical significance. (P<0.05)3. After treatment, compared with the treatment, the leakage of feces was significantly improved, with statistical significance. (P<0.05)Conclusion:The fistula excision of anal forming surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine combination method in the treatment of rectal perineal fistula has the advantages of simple operation, small injury, less pain and quicker recovery advantages, and followed up for 3 months after operation, pain and bowel movements, local infection, the leakage of feces significantly improve. The method is simple and feasible. This treatment is effective, and can be the first choice for treatment of rectal perineal fistula.
