Ajania tenuifolia(Jacq.) Tzvel herb.It is growth in highly altitude area,be distributed central of Gansu Province, northwestern of Sichuan Province, eastern of Tibet and Qinghai Province. Ajania tenuifolia(Jacq.) Tzvel called "Kan ba ga bao",or "Pu mang ga bao" in Tibetan language,treatment of some disease such as Inflammation,ulceration, anthrax,and so on.Based on the Ajania tenuifolia whole plant degreasing treatment,ultrasonic extraction with 75% ethanol(EEAT).The results showed that EEAT contained of total phenol 32.7 ± 2.0 μg / ml, total flavonoids14.19 ± 1.29μg/ ml.The extracts analysis and identified by HPLC-MS,and finding seven major components.Respectively Hyperoside,quercetin glycosides, Cryptochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid A, chlorogenic acid B, luteolin.In this paper, Ajania tenuifolia 75% ethanol extract(EEAT)conducted experiments in vitro antioxidant, anti-UVB experiments,anti-Candida albicans and antibacterial mechanism.EEAT has a significant effect on free radical scavenging,such as DPPH, ABTS, O2-OH.Detection of lipid peroxidation index based on rat liver mitochondria UV-B injury model.Result show that EEAT group compared to UV-B treatment group,there are significant decline in lipid hydroperoxide(LOOH)、conjugated diene(CD)、4-HNE、thiobarbituric acid conjugates(TBARS)In this study, deeterminethe the concentration of EEAT against six kinds of Candida albicans minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MFC) used backplane dilution. And drawn six Candida albican’s the growth curve from 0h to 24 h.Extraction of mitochondria from Candida albicans ATCC64550.EEAT can reducing four enzyme formation,malate dehydrogenase(SDH)、succinate dehydrogenase(MDH)、Na-K ATPase、and Ca-Mg ATPase.EEAT can induce apoptosis in C. Albicans and led to mitochondrial ROS accumulation.The results show that EEAT has the more prominent aspects of the effects of antioxidant, anti UV-B,and anti-fungus. In this paper, study at composition compounds of EEAT and biological activity of EEAT. It is play an importent role in provide basic data for development and application a new drug about Ajania tenuifolia.
