Study On The Effect Of Safety Grid Management In The Hospital Area Of ​​Traditional Chinese Medicine

Nowadays, the contradiction of social medical care supply and demand is growing, especially the common problems, such as poor infrastructure, messy labels & signs and lagging service are prevalent in old first class tertiary hospitals. The group there is complicated, including teachers, staff, students, patients, medical assistants etc. which brings great challenges for the hospital’s security. It becomes the primary task of security departments to guarantee the security and maintain the order of hospitals.With the development of social information and gradual improvement of Grid concept and theory, the Grid Management Theory is gradually taking shape. Through literature analysis and summary, keeping hierarchical structure management and governance system in balance, increase the communication of each transverse point as much as possible and re-integrate the disconnected departments. In this way, governance lines vertically connect departments of different levels and business lines horizontally connect departments of different functions, so several grids make grid structure based on which the grid management comes into being.This paper analyzes the particularity of hospital security-protection work and the origins of potential accidents. Through literature research, it reveals the origin and development of grid management and analyzes its theory and mode. Through research, the paper organically combines the Grid Management Theory and hospital security work, making use of the principle of localization management, geographical layout and status management, the jurisdiction area of the hospital wards are divided into a single area, each floor is divided into pieces, the Department of which forms 3 levels of grid design. Security information which scatters in the grids combines with each other and conveys layer by layer as an organic whole, realizes the integration and sharing of security information and successfully establishes grid management system for Hospital.As the surge of urban grid management, people are gradually aware of the fact that regional security precaution and protection by grid management can change the traditional and inflexible measures which functional departments take and realize a complete coverage of regional management.By comparing of the effectiveness before and after the implementation of grid management and statistical analysis of the satisfaction data of wards related to fire control, public security and emergencies handling, this paper shows that grid management has distinct advantage in hospital security work. Meanwhile, it should be noted that grid management security protection and monitoring system and information technology connected with each other as a whole will be the development path of hospital security protection.
