Lepista sordida (Fr.) Sing belongs to Tricholomataceae, Agaricales, Hymenomycetes, Basidiomycotina, Enmycophyta. It is a rare edible and nutritional fungus with medicinal function, and very popular by their consumers. It is naturally distributed in Xinjiang, Qinghai, Yunnan, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Heilongjiang, Hainan and Fujian and some other places of China. In recent years, both the quantity and the quality of wild Lepista sordida gets lower and lower, ascribing to the deterioration of ecological environment and excessive picking. selecting fine strain and exploring a more mature cultivation techniques of Lepista sordida, solving issues of low biological yield, heavy insect pest and sub-obvious tides, promoting Lepista sordida's stipe thick, cap small, color pink and purple and quality and taste better has become the current focus of the Lepista sordida study.This experiment selects 5 kinds of Lepista sordida strains in different regions, comparing with the mycelial growth potential, the state of pollution, budding phase, harvest phase, characteristics of fruiting body and biotransformation rate, the results show that: S1 is the first strain of growing, its mycelial thick and dense, early fruiting, biological efficiency as high as 30.8%, its anti-miscellaneous is the strongest, and the S1 strain is good strain which is appropriate under all climatic conditions in northern Fujian. On this basis, testing for mycelium of Lepista sordida in 5 kinds of medium, growth potential, eat material circumstances, mycelium color, germination time to research, the results show that:in theâ‘ medium, there is a strong growth advantage, the fastest germination time, the shortest full pipe time. So, it is the best kind of medium which is made Lepista sordida to grow better.The different compost match ratio in the fermentation culture medium to the mycelium growing, mycelium color, fruiting body growth, morphological characteristics, biological efficiency comparison. In formula A, growth potential of Lepista sordida mycelium is the strongest, mycelium color is pink and purple, days from sowing to squaring are 35d, the fruiting bodies of cultivated are out of high commodity, biological efficiency is 29.02% in the 5 formulations of fermentation culture medium; in the result that we put straw, chicken manure, cotton seed shell as the main raw materials for cultivation has been successful, in order to further enhance the biotransformation rate of Lepista sodida cultivation, rational use of resources and increase product quality, different cultivation methods are compared with experiments, study on five aspects planting material usage, seeding amount, sowing method, sealing material, sealing measures to Lepista sordida yield. The results show that: when cultivation medium amount is 15kg/m2, biotransformation rate is the highest of 32.5%; when inoculum rate is 1.5 bags/m2, the production is 4.53kg/m2, twice inoculation and surface inoculation are the main factors to raise Lepista sordida fruit body production. The experiment results showed that the days of squaring and the days of first tide of fruit body harvesting on composted soil are the shortest,25d and 10d respectively. Using composted soil as sealing material can siganificantly increase the output of the fruit body Lepista sordida (p<0.05). Twice of soil sealing get the biological efficiency of 41.13%, that is significantly higher than once of soil sealing, or 35.62%. Therefore, twice soil sealing compare with once soil sealing has obvious advantages.
