This article makes a reasonable evaluation on economy benefit loss,society loss and bionomic benefit loss caused by harmful plants disasters according to the actual growth situation of the harmful plant, considering the relations of time and the harm to the forest classes by the growth of harmful plants.During the researching period, I have done a great deal of investigation and collected a massive data, and have made the following research:(1) on the base of the present situation and developing tendency of the domestic and foreign harmful plants and with the investigation of the loss caused by harmful plants, this article set up a harm loss evaluating system, and divide the harmful plants evaluating system of Guangzhou forestry into hazard evaluating, economy benefit loss evaluating, society benefit loss evaluating, then make some subdivides from these.(2) make the evaluations on the direct benefit loss by the harmful plants from wooden resource, non-wooden resource and forestry benefit loss according to the different effect and distribution of the loss of forestry resource by harmful plants with classified appraisal and the linear programming method. And make some detailed evaluations on wooden resource loss from single death loss, expanse death loss, stumpage growth and alive stumpage loss.(3) embarking from the harmful plant's growth actual situation, considered the growth periodicity of the harmful plant, and contribution to the partial ecology service, this article established the ecology benefit loss model from the germination period to the placidity period according to the time variation harmful plant and the forest original superiority tree growth model.
