This article studied seed-germination percentage along of storage time the change rule under differently storing condition Carya Nutt Species in C.hunanensis and C.cathayensis,the pecan (Ma Yuan 1, Ma Yuan 2),It has discussed influence seed vigor all kinds of factor from germination index,water content in seed coat and kernel, content of catalase,dehydrogenases and peroxidases,relative conductivity of the seed's lixivium,content of the seed's free amino acids and so on; At the same time, statistic and alanalze the seed's multi-seedlings phenomenon to different Carya Nutt Species, The results indicated:1.Under different processing Carya Nutt species three kinds of different homogeneous seeds' germination percentages and germinate the index were both decreased with extension of storage time,the different homogeneous seed drop tendency differently,the homogeneous seed's different variety reduces the tendency also differently,the reduce tendency of seed's germination percentage and germinates index is quickest in the C.hunanensis,Stores 10d under the condition of the room temperature and decladding, the germination percentage by the original 85.33% reduces 2.7%; The next is Ma Yuan 1,C.cathayensis,Ma Yuan 2 is slowest;Under four kinds of processing,seed's germination percentage germinates index turn down from quickly to slow tendency are:the room temperature decladding>the room temperature keeps shell>thelow temperature decladding>the low temperature keeps the shell.2.Water content in seed coat and kernel in Cary a Nutt species seed's was both decreased with extension of storage time,under the same condition stores three kinds of not homogeneous seeds, the decreasing tendency of water content in seed coat and kernel are both quickest by the C.hunanensis, the next is Ma Yuan 1, C.cathayensis, drops the slowest is Ma Yuan 2;Seed stores under different processing, water content in seed coat and kernel reduces the tendency from slowly to the quick order is:the low temperature keeps the shell, the low temperature decladding,the room temperature keeps the shell,the room temperature decladding.3.Keep the seed storing in the condition low temperature decladding and low temperature keeps the shell,the content of peroxideenzyme,catalase and dehydrogenase both reduced quite slowly decreased with extension of storage time; but keeps the seed in the room temperature decladding and the room temperature keeps the shell condition stores, their seed's the enzyme content reduces rapidly; moreover,three kinds of enzymes content drop tendency with the reduces tendency of seed's germination percentage consistent; After stores one year,the seed's enzyme content under the room temperature condition storing obviously is lower than the seed which stores under the low temperature.4.Relative conductivity of the seed's lixivium and content of the seed's free amino acids are both increased with extension of storage time;With extension of storage time three kinds of different seeds relative conductivity of the seed's lixivium and content of the seed's free amino acids elevate the tendency to be consistent, turn in:C.hunanensis>Ma Yuan 1>C.cathayensis> Ma Yuan 2.
