Many researches have been done on the chilling requirement of apricot, photosynthetic characteristic under protected field condition,control technique of environment factors, matching high-yield cultivation technique and the alike in depth. The tagert was to sovle the problems of apricot under protected field and provide scientific basis for the development of high-quality and efficient technical measures. We used the mathod such as Hydroponics with flower Branches,potting experiment to measure and calculate Chilling requirement of different apricot Variety,and the result was 860-1100 hours,the deadline of dormancy was the end of December to Early January . We Systematically studied the photosynthetic characteristics of seven apricot varieties under protected field condition, determined the law of photosynthetic diurnal variation, and measured out the light and CO2 saturation point and compensation point.The results are as follows:(1)prunus armeniaca l uenaing and covering plastic this year,high yielding the following year technique experiment. We explored and summed up the technique that using apricot in newly built Orchard and full fruit period to cultivate in protected field, This enabled the yield to reach 919kg per acreage. We also arised the techique which make one year-old apricot trees to promote followers and branches.(2)the study of chilling requirement of apricotUsing the method such as Hydroponics with flower Branches,potting experiment, we determined the deadline of dormancy was the end of December to Early January. Combined with the local Meteorological data and the model of 0-7.2℃accumulated temperature,measured out that the range of chilling requirements was from 860 hours to 1100 hours. This provided scientific basis for the right time to cover plastic.(3) the study of photosynthetic characteristicsAccording to the photosynthetic characteristics and the law of photosynthetic diurnal variation,conjunction analysis was used for finding out the major factors effecting on photosynthesis on the basis of the day change orderliness.We determined the the light and CO2 saturation point and compensation point.This provided scientific basis for environment ajustment of cultivation in protected field. (4)The experiment of arising fruit setting rate in plastic houseinitial stage of hard nucleus was the peak period of fruit dropping,measurss and methods to arise fruit setting rate should be carried out at this period. At the growth stage of young fruit,Spraying 0.1% boric acid,15—25ppm GA3 and the mixture of KH2PO4,sucrose,glucose and toner could arise fruit setting rate.
