Aiming at the problem of Continuous Cropping Barrier after vegetables continuous cropping in protected cultivation, to make protected vegetable production substainable development in China; In order to quest for green environmental protection type substrate for protecting natural environment, reducing resources consumption and agricultural pollution, making full use of renewable resources, the experiment was carried out to study cucumber organic soil cultivation in plastic greenhouse.The experiment using cucumber cultivar "zhongnong 16" as the research material, with crop straws and organic fertilizers as the research object, analyzed and discussed effects of organic soil substrates of different organic fertilizers composition and different crop straws composition on growth and yield of cucumber in plastic greenhouse. The primarily results were showed as follows:1. Organic soil substrates of four treatments of low-composition (wheat straw:soil:organic manure=3V:1V:0.33V, the same below) cow manure, sheep manure, chicken manure, pig manure can obvious promote the growth of cucumber stem diameter, and can improve markedly the later yield and total yield of cucumber.cucumber stem diameters of four treatments were all higher than that of soil culture, among the treatments, cucumber stem diameters of low-composition cow manure, sheep manure were very significantly higher(p<0.01) than that of soil culture, cucumber stem diameters of low-composition chicken manure, pig manure were significantly higher(p<0.05) than that of soil culture.The later yield and total yield of the four treatments of low-composition cow manure, sheep manure, chicken manure, pig manure were significantly higher(p<0.05) than that of soil culture.2. The nitrate content of five treatments of low-composition cow manure, sheep manure, chicken manure, pig manure, human excrement were significantly lower(p<0.01) than that of soil culture.3. Organic soil substrates of three treatments of soybean straw:maize straw=3:1, soybean straw, maize straw:wheat straw=1:1 can obvious promote the growth of cucumber, and can obvious improve the early yield and total yield of cucumber.Cucumber stem diameters of three treatments were all higher than that of soil culture in the latter time of harvest, among them, cucumber stem diameter of soybean straw was significantly higher (p<0.01) than that of soil culture, cucumber stem diameter of soybean straw:maize straw=3:1 was significantly higher (p<0.05) than that of soil culture. Leaf length and leaf width of three treatments were significantly higher (p<0.01) than that of soil culture.The early yield of three treatments were all higher than that of soil culture, among them, the early yield of soybean straw and maize straw:wheat straw=1:1 were significantly higher (p<0.01) than that of soil culture, the early yield of soybean straw:maize straw=3:1 were significantly higher (p<0.05) than that of soil culture.the total yield of three treatments were significantly higher (p<0.01) than that of soil culture.4. The nitrate content of two treatments of soybean straw and maize straw:wheat straw=1:1 were significantly lower than that of soil culture. 5. Organic soil substrates of different straws composition can replace the soilless substrates (peat+vermiculite).The early yield and total yield of organic soil substrates of different straws composition had no significantly difference with that of soilless culture(peat+vermiculite), and organic soil substrates of different straws composition have the characteristics of low cost and friendly environment, so organic soil substrates of different straws composition can replace the soilless substrates (peat+vermiculite).
