Study On Evaluation Of Some Fruit Quantitative Characters Of Apricot Varieties In Xinjiang

This paper take 156 apricot varieties of collection in the south region of Xinjiang as investigative objects, the variation instance, distribution type, characters correlations of fruit characters indexes are obtained for research grade criteria. Evaluation index and index weight were given.In the end, excellent apricot varieties were screened out through "reasonableness and satisfaction index" and multi-value theory. These will structure base for screenning special machining varieties. The major results were summarized as follows:(1) The variation coeffieient of 10 characteristics of 23 fruit characters were>18%, ratio sugar to acid showed largest variation coeffieient of 71%, ordinal indexes were titrable acidity content (54%),fruit mass (39%), flesh stone mass (31%), total sugar content (29%),flesh kernel mass (27%), Shell thickness of stone (24%),vitamin C content (24%), soluble solids content (19%),flesh thickness (19%).(2) The distribution range and type of the first 10 fruit characters of apricot is obtained.They are ratio sugar to acid, titrable acidity content, fruit mass, flesh stone mass, total sugar content, flesh kernel mass, Shell thickness, vitamin C content, soluble solids content, flesh thickness. Grade index and reference cultivars were given, the passel apricot varieties were screened out which have excellent single characters.(3) Twenty-three quantitative characters correlations of apricot fruit quality are obtained.There was a very significant positive correlation between fruit mass and flesh thickness, shell thickness, ratio of edibility, the size of fruit, stone, kernel; There was a very significant positive correlation between soluble solid content and total sugar content, ratio sugar to acid. There was a very significant negative correlation between soluble solid content and titrable acidity content.(4) Principal components analysis showed that the first 7 principal components can reflect primary information of apricot fruit quality. According to cluster analysis, the tested 23 indexes are finally predigested to 6 indexes for evaluating apricot special machining varieties.The 6 indexes are fruit mass, soluble solid content, total sugar content, titrable acidity content, vitamin C content and ratio sugar to acid.(5) The 14 excellent apricot varieties were screened out by "reasonableness and satisfaction index"and multi-value theory which base on fruit mass, soluble solid content, total sugar content, ratio sugar to acid, titrable acidity content, vitamin C content. They were Akedarezi No.1, Kumaiti No.2, Akeximixi, Kezilehongdaike, Kuikepiman, Heiyexing No.3, Wugezi No.1, Kantailexing, Qiaqikongakexing, Dashushanggan, Selikeximixi, Baixing No.3, Akeyageleke No.4 and Akeyageleke No.3.
