Abstract/Summary:
In this study, some characters are determined to contrast with 18 apricot varieties of north China including sarcocarp' s total sugar,total organic acid,the proportion sugar to acid,vitamin C (Vc),water soluble solides (SS) and water insoluble solides content and kernel' s protein,fat content and fruit's other characters including fruit weight,kernel weight,stone weight,food percentage,stone percentag,ratio of dry to flesh of fruit,ratio of dry to flesh of stone of 40 apricot varieties that came from South of Xinjiang, in order to offer the theoretical foundation for produce and relevant research.. The result is as follows:1.The suger of xinjiang variety is obviously higher than variety of north China,the remarkable level reaches P < 0.05,and the suger has extremely prominent difference among xinjiang varieties; The difference of the acidity is not significant between two variety populations, but the acidity has extremely significant difference among xinjiang varieties;The difference of sarcocarp' s proportion sugar to acid is significant between two variety populations,the proportion sugar to acid of xinjiang apricot is higher than north China apricot, and the sarcocarp' s proportion sugar to acid has extremely significant difference among xinjiang varieties;The difference of water insoluble solides content is not significant between two variety populations, but there is extremely significant difference among xinjiang varieties;The difference of water soluble solides content is significant between two variety populations, the water soluble solides content of xinjiang apricot is obviously higher than north China apricot, and the water soluble solides content has extremely prominent difference among xinjiang varieties; The difference of VC is not significant between two variety populations, but there is extremely significant difference among xinjiang apricot varieties.2.The contents of kernel' s protein and fat between two variety populations are equivalent , The differences are not significant,but there are extremely significant differences in kernel' s protein and fat content among xinjiang apricot varieties.3.The weights of fruit and kernel of Xinjiang apricot variety are obviously different from North China apricot variety, and the differences are significant, but the differences of stone weight,food percentage,stone percentag,ratio of dry to flesh of fruit,ratio of dry to flesh of stone are not significant between two variety populations.4.Go on cluster analysis according to the intrinsic,external and synthetic fruit quality targets of 40 Xinjiang apricot variety, which can be divided into 5 types each.The result shows that the intrinsic,external and integuated quality targets of every variety are close among each type,but there are significant differences in fruit quality of all types.
