Amount And Pattern Of Application About Rape Cake Fertilizer On Shao Yang Tobacco Plant's Growth And Output-quality

The tobacco leaves of Hu Nan Shao Yang was in leading position in cigarette foluma, but the quality of Shao Yang's tobacco leaves improved slowly in the last few years, and it restricted the usage of Shao Yang's tobacco leaves in cigarettes which had high quality. In order to improve tobacco leaves' quality and usability in cigarette, this paper researched the applicationrate and use way of rape oil cake fertilizer. The experiments using Yun Yan 87 variety and soil which had organic matter 25.68g/kg,pure litrogen controlled in 8 kg/667m2, and N:P2O5:K2O ration was1:1:3 as test material researched the effect of rape oil cake fertilizer when the usage from 0 to 50 kg/667m2 and different fertilizer usage masure include row replacement, hole application and broadcad on tobacco plant growth, yield and quality. In these experiment conditions, the results showed that:1. Usage rape fertilizer could make tobacco plant growing quickly. When the usage of rape fertilizer raised, the tobacco plant growed slowly before growing fast period (transplanted 45days), and the tobacco plant growed quickly in last growing period (transplanted 55days) which plant hight, stem length, biggest leaf area increased when the usage of fertilizer increased.2. Used cake fertilizer could incerase the disease resistance. When used cake fertilizer, mosic disease, black shank disease, alternaria alternate of tobacco plant incidence rate decreased in topping stage, and mosic disease, blank shank disease incidence rate decresased as the cake fertilize usage increased. Alternaria alternate of tobacco plant was the lowest when the cake fertilizer usage was 30 kg/667m2, and when the usage of cake fertilizer beyond 30 kg/667m2, the disease resistence of tobacco plant decreased.3. Used cake fertilizer proper could increase fanner's income of tobacco. When the usage of cake fertilizer beyond 0 to 50 kg/667m2, the tobacco leaves'output increased as the usage of cake fertilizer became more, the proportion of high-quality tobacco, average price, output value was highest when the cake usage between 30-40 kg/667 m2, and the output value decreased when the cake fertilizer used further.4. Used proper cake fertilizer could improve tobacco leaves quality. In this experiment condition, the tobacco leaves was well when the uaage of cake fertilizer between 30-40 kg/667 m2, the appearance quality manifested that oil increased and color improved; physics character manifested equilibrium moisture content and tensile strength increased, and stem ratio decreased; Smoking quality manifested aroma quality improved, quality increased, offensive odor decreased, and remaining smoking more comfortable; and the tobacoo chemical components manifested different index was more proper, shmuck value and reducing sugar to nicotine was more harmonious. So used proper cake fertilizer could offer equilibum nutrient, the tobacco leaves become yellow in proper stage, the curing character is well and cured tobacco leaves have better quality.5. Cake fertilizer row replacement can increased tobacco plant growth, enhance tobacco plant's disease resistence. Cake fertilizer row replancement was according to tobacco's need about nutrient, and it increased the tobacco's plant height,stem length,,leaf number, biggest leaves area, but cake fertilizer used between row replancement and hole application wasn't distinct; cake fertilizer in row replancement can increased tobacco disease resistance, and it can decrease ratio of disease about tobacco plant's mosic disease, black shank disease, alternaria alternate.6. Cake fertilizer used in row replancement can increase economic character and tcobacco leaves'quality.Economic value, tocacco leaves output, the proportion of high-quality tobacco, average price, output value was best when the rape cake fertilizer used in row replancement; index of chemical component was more reasonable and harmonious; the aspect about physics character manifested equilibrium moisture content and tensile strength increased, stem ratio decreased, and tobacco leaves had well macining quality; the appearance quality manifested that oil increased and color improved; smoking quality manifested aroma quality improved, quality increased and remaining smoking more comfortable, and tocacco leaves usability cigarette making improved. So the dynamic of soil was according to tobacco plant's nutrient needs when cake fertilizer used in row replancement, and it can afford blance nutrients in all growing period of tobacco plant and remarkable result.
