Study On The Corn Length Automatic Grading System

It is important part to grade fresh corn for length of standard in deep-processing technology. In the absence of the corn length grading machine, a lot of factories introduce artificial length grading currently in our country.But the grading of artificial length has certain limitation,for example, low productivity, poor quality,wasting hours and so on.To solve these problems,this paper designs and studys on the corn length automatic grading system by theory and experiment.Main contents in this paper:1.Base on investigation,this paper advances the design project of corn length automatic grading system and elaborates the theory,structure,composition and functions.2.This paper studys on the productivity, accuracy of measurement, air consumption and so on,including the method of length measurement, the calculation method of productivity, the calculation method of air consumption, the calculation of grading process, the calculation of movement orbit and so on.3.Study on the prototype by experiment. This paper finds the main influence factors of the prototype performance. The result of experiment is consistent in the result of theory.4. This paper studys on the various factors influence of function by orthogonal experiment and obtains the best performance and combination.According to the theoretical analysis and the result of experiment, the prototype has been improved and adjusted. Currently, the productivity is 5263/hour, accuracy of measurement is 1cm, air consumption is 5.12m3/h.The prototype can achieve automatic, fast and efficient object.
