The problem of early bolting in Angelica sinensis influenced quality and yield seriously, normally bolting rate reached 30% to 40%, which reached as high as 70% in serious time, early bolting has become a new bottleneck restricted the industrialization development. Due to its special requirement to ecological environment for the habitats, this has brought about increasingly environmental damage, so it was extremely urgent to solve the problem of early bolting. At present the research about early bolting mainly focused on improvement on cultivation measures, but our experiment analysis internal factors in early bolting, find internal reasons from several major factors influenced flower bud differentiation, so as to find artificial measures to control early bolting in Angelica sinensis.Test materials for research were leaves, roots, stems and buds of bolting plants and leaves, roots of unbolting plants, determine content of IAA and ABA through the ELISA, and the nutrient dynamics affect flower bud differentiation like C/N, FAA.The results showed that during early bolting process the content of IAA and ABA has changed obviously. The content of IAA in bolting leaves and roots was higher than unbolting plants, that in bolting buds was as 2.37 times as bolting stems, analyzed IAA might promote flowering. The content of ABA in bolting leaves was higher than unbolting leaves, the highest level appeared in the bud, showed that high concentrations of ABA promoted bolting. The content of nitrogen in early bolting plants was higher than unbolting plants, indicated that high content of nitrogen facilitated vegetative growth during bolting process, while high content of nitrogen in the bud suggested a vigorous metabolism in this part which give a reason to speculate a synthesis of plentiful precursors for later flowering. Because consumed a lot of free amino acids for synthesize various substances of flower bud differentiation, therefore the content of free amino acids in bolting plants was lower than unbolting plants.
