Corn is one of the important agricultural production crops in China. Jilin Province is located in one of the world's three Corn Belts, it produces most of China's corn output, yields the highest per capita consumption of maize. Jilin province has the largest amount of corn goods, exports and outward redeployment of any corn province. Production of maize in Jilin Province has favorable natural conditions, both from the extension area, and from the point of view of farmers, and consumers, the diversity of species, are reflected here. Jilin Province has a strong base for breeding, but the species have a certain degree of difficulty of management. The purpose of this thesis is based on SSR markers for the technical means, by screening the 20 countries that have the basic core primers to construct validation of the past five years. Jilin Province's 174 maize hybrids DNA fingerprint database. Also validated by analyzing hybrids between years in the allele frequency, meaning the number of alleles, the average polymorphic information content analysis, and discussion of the changes to 174 the genetic diversity of the tested materials, the main results are as follows:1. In this paper the main results were established in Jilin Province,174 genetics in 2005-2009 were audited for the hybrid DNA fingerprint database, and the combined analysis software from ABI 3730XL export features of the original data file. Also features of corn as a diploid species. In this paper, there are two recording methods. Data is recorded as the absolute value of the size of amplification products, each species in each primer two alleles. In this way the traditional way of 0,1 numbers compared to statistics, greatly reduces the difficulty of statistics.2. From the use of PowerMarker ver.3.25 software it was possible to analyze the statistics of 40 pairs of SSR primers derived from a number of alleles, genotypes of the number of polymorphic information content (PIC value), and the ability to distinguish between primer (DP value) of the results can be seen. Out of the selected article 40 of the core average PIC value of 0.5907 primers, the average DP value of 0.5833, showing a high polymorphism and a strong ability to be distinguished.3. Overall, between 2006 and 2009 audited genetic diversity in Jilin had little difference, but in 2005 four years after the certification validation varieties the genetic diversity of the species have a lot of differences.5. In this paper,174 copies of the material the genetic diversity of 10 chromosomes were compared, the results can be seen that chromosomes material in 2005 and after four years of the genetic diversity of the material differences between them are still very large.6. This study PowerMarker V3.25 software, application Rogers 1972 algorithm calculated the genetic distance of the test material, the cluster analysis, and dendrogram constructed NJ. This in turn 12 Jidong materials, the materials Jidan 20,12 Jinongda materials selected by the same method to reconstruct the NJ dendrogram. It can be seen from the clustering results for the test materials that they were clustered into three categories, and Jidong, Kyrgyzstan single Jinongda three materials in this almost all of the three groups. Because these materials are widely used in Jilin Province, is representative. Thus we can see that there are basically three breeding directions in Jilin.
