Study On Adaptability Of Onobrychis Viciaefolia Scop.cv. "Gan Su" In Different Ecological Regions

Sainfoin(Onobrychis viciaefolia Scop. cv."Gan su")growing for 1 year and 2 yeras were tested on winter survival rate, growing stage, plant height, growth speed, branch number ,stem / leaf , ratio of fresh to hay ,regeneration speed, fresh yield, dry yield, seed yield,clipping numberof yield traits and nutritional quality in different ecological regions. The factors of component yield and quality were analysed using Grey Systemic theory. The results as follows:(1) The winter survival rate of Sainfoin was highest in Anding,secondly in Yongdeng ,lowest inHezuo. Sainfoin growing for 1 year only growed to bud stage in Hezuo,can accomplish all growing stages in other experimental points.Sainfoin growing for 2 years all can accomplish all growing stages in 3 experimental points. In the same ecological region ,days of growth period of sainfoin gradually decreased with growing years increasing. Days of growth period of sainfoin in Hezuo was longest ,shortest in Anding in the same year in different ecological regions.(2)The plant height of sainfoin in the same stage in the same year of different ecological region was significantly different(p<0.05). The height was highest in Yongdeng,secondly in Hezuo,lowest in Anding. From branching period to initial flowering stage, changes of sainfoin plant height increased quickly,after initial flowering stage,reduced gradually to the end at maturity in the same ecological region.(3)In different ecological regions,growth speed of sainfoin growing for 1year and 2 years was all highest in Yongdeng(0.427cm/d, 1.278 cm/d), which was 5.7% ,6.4%more than the average respectively,lowest in Anding(0.395cm/d, 1.12cm/d). The growth speed of sainfoin in Hezuo growing for 1year and 2 years were 0.424 cm/d and1.205 cm/d respectively . The growth speed of sainfoin growing for 1year was higher than growing for 2 years significantly in the same ecological region,which were 199.30 %,184.20% and183.54% higher respectively inYongdeng, Hezuo and Anding.(4)The regeneration speed of sainfoin in different cutting times was different . The regeneration speed was highest when being cutted in bud stage,lowest in flowering stage. The regeneration speed was fastest in Yongdeng ,slowest in Anding in the same cutting time of different ecological regions. (5)The branches number of sainfoin from the branching stage to initial flowering stage showed a rising trend, the branches number was largest in initial flowering stage ,then decreased. The branches number of Sainfoin growing for 2 years was higher than growing for 1 year significantly. The branches number was highest in Yongdeng ,secondly in Anding ,lowest in Hezuo in different ecological regions.(6)In the same ecological region and year , stem / leaf of sainfoin gradually increased with sainfoin growing,the difference was significant (p<0.05), which was stem / leaf of branching period< stem / leaf of bud period< stem / leaf of initial flowering period< stem / leaf of flowering period. The stem / leaf of sainfoin growing for 1 year did not have significantly different in the same growth stage of different ecological regions,while the stem / leaf of sainfoin growing for 2 years had significantly different in the same growth stage of different ecological regions(p<0.05).(7)The ratio of fresh to hay of sainfoin gradually decreased with passing of phenology,which was that ratio of fresh to hay of bud period< ratio of fresh to hay of initial flowering period< ratio of fresh to hay of flowering period. The ratio of fresh to hay of first clipping had significantly different(p<0.05),but the ratio of fresh to hay of second clipping did not have in different ecological regions(p>0.05).(8)The first clipping of sainfoin gradually increased with passing of cutting times in same ecological region and year. The second clipping depended on the cutting time of the first clipping.The yield of regrowth grass was in order of bud period> initial flowering period> flowering period. In different cutting times, the yield of sainfoin growing for 2 years was higher than growing for 1 year significantly(p<0.05).The difference was significant among total yield of different ecological regions.(9)The seed yield of sainfion had significantly different in the same year of different ecological regions(p<0.05). The seed yield of sainfoin growing for 2 years was higher than growing for 1 year significantly in the same ecological region. The thousand grain weight of sainfion of different ecological regions in the same year had significantly different(p<0.05).The highest was in Yongdeng , secondly in Hezuo,lowest in Anding.(10)The change of nutrition of stem and leaf of sainfoin was that CP content decreased and CF content increased with growing of sainfoin. The whole plant nutrient of sainfoin changed with growing of sainfoin that CP content decreased and CF content increased.The CP decreased rate and CF increased rate gradually decreased.CP content and CF content had significant different in the same stage of different ecological regions(p<0.05).Flowering was the best cutting time of sainfoin,in which the highest nutrient and yield can be got.(11)The yield traits and quality performances were evaluated using Grey Systemic theory, which showed that gray relation degree of every factor with dry yield was in order of palnt height> ratio of fresh to hay> CF>stem / leaf > growth speed > branch number ,that gray relation degree of every factor with CP was in order of palnt height> growth speed > ratio of fresh to hay> dry yield >CF>stem / leaf > branch number,that gray relation degree of every factor with CF was in order of stem / leaf > growth speed >ratio of fresh to hay> palnt height> CP >dry yield > branch number.
