Horticultural cultivation cannot produce well, so it is difficult for the large scale of production. Using the group cultivation way to do the rapid breeding research makes great sense. In this paper, I research its unorganized rapid breeding technology by using different parts of Hippeastrum hibridum's horticultural crossbreeding as material, inquire into the best way and establish Hippeastrum hibridum's rapid breeding system initially. The following is the research result.Firstly sterilize the outside of the plant by the 1% density of mercuric chloride in different time periods to obtain the asepsis material, on the bulb 25 minutes is the best. The outside contain the leaf blade, corolla organization and bulb. Use the MS and LS as the basic culture medium to rebreed the plant. During the process, we useMS+2mg/16BA+2mg/LNAA and MS+1mg/16BA+2mg/LNAA combination guide the rebreeding plant in the bulb to receive the best result. LS+0.5mg/16BA+2mg/LNAA 和 LS+3mg/16KT+0.5mg/LNAAcombination guide the rebreeding plant under the bulb to receive the best result and the 1/2MS+0.5mg/16IBA make the best effect on the root of Hippeastrum hibridum. Different basic qualities have different effects on the group cultivation of surviving rate for transplanting.
