The practicability of this technique is demonstrated. Prototype experiment system have been established and done ,and the hydraulic elememts of this system are measued.On the basis of the unsteady flow mathematical model of the pond and the low-pressure pipeline, the irrigation process of this system accorded with the variety regulation of sophon surge irrigation with pipeline.At the same time, the designing methods of the system for producing surge flow are improved on.3. The whole process of sophon surge flow border irrigation with pipeline is simulated. According to the continuity equation, zero-inetia momentum equation and the input flow of this technique, the zero-inetia models are developed by the methods of Newton-Raphson and Preissman. The sophon surge border irrigation with pipeline is simulated by compiling Matlab program. The determing rule and program of the technique paramenters are put forward ,also the effect of the technique parameters on the performance of irrigation.
