Study On Assets Evaluation Of Forest Resources In Longmen Area

As socialist market economy system, capitalization management of forest resources is becoming the demand of reforming forestry economy system, meanwhile, forest resources assets evaluation plays positive role in capitalization management. For the sake of promoting the reform of capitalization management in Longmen area, in accordance with forest resources inventory data, species and age groups, the assets appraisal of mature forest, semi---mature forest, juvenile forest was respectively carried out by method of market price to calculate, method of resulting the current value, method of replacement cost;furthermore, by expectation value of stand method woodland evaluation was performed. The result shows that it is the efficient way to save personnel resources, material resources and financial resources that total growing---stock and assets are evaluated by sub-compartment of forest resources inventory and sample-spot data. It is identified that this resources survey can be applied not only to resources monitoring and management but to assets evaluation as well. As a result, so long as the inventory quality can be improved further and the essential survey factors supplemented, the assets evaluation will produce great influence on capitalization management.
