Tobacco smoke upper basket loaded with equipment suitable for smoke density of 25Kg/basket, its outward appearance quality, the proportion of middle-smoke, the average price are higher than the other treatments, the chemical composition of cured leaf is more coordinated.5, yellow phase difference between wet and dry 3℃, set color of wet-bulb temperature does not exceed 38℃, help to improve the quality of tobacco in the chemical compositions were more harmonious, baking costs; leaves change should have a dry bulb temperature 35-38℃, to promote basic yellow leaves, leaf apex become soft lodging, dry bulb temperature of 41-42℃, all yellow leaves, tip slight upward tweak, dry bulb temperature of 46-48℃, so that all yellow tobacco bar, tip the Alice was fluffy state; dry bulb temperature of 53-54℃, wet bulb temperature of 37-38℃, leaves to dry, flat state of the smoke layer was fluffy.
