Using the method of"random sampling in typical colonies of the central area of the habitat", the PCR amplifying and the PAGE electrophoresis technique to examine the gene frequencies of 12 microsatellite loci of 123 Ujumuqin Sheep and 5 loci of 73 Tan sheep and 61 Hu sheep. Cited relational data which were get in the same laboratory to analyse the genetic differentiation. The genetic variability of Chinese local sheep breeds was abundant obviously:(1) 289 alleles were detected on 12 loci of Ujumuqin sheep.(2) The mean heterozygosities of Ujumuqin sheep, Tan sheep and Hu sheep were0.9199,0.9099 and 0.9105, respectively; the mean effective number of alleles valued 12.9565,11.6318 and 11.9020; the polymorphic information content is 0.8732,0.9028 and 0.9031.(3) The mean gene diversity of Ujumuqin sheep, Tan sheep and Hu sheep at 12 microsatellite loci was 0.936563; the mean gene diversity of these 3 population at all microsatellite loci was 0.91771; the mean coefficient of gene differertiation was 0.020064.(4) Analyse the genetic relationship between six populations of sheep and goat based on standard genetic distance, DA genetic distance and fuzzy similarity relations, Hu...
