Synchronisation of Oestrus is an important technique in the industrialized production of sheep. The principal of the experiment is to control follicular waves and the development of corpus luteum with hormone to realize synchronization of oestrus in sheep.60 Small-tailed Sheep, 24 Tan Sheep, 5 Hu Sheep and 4 hybrids were assigned randomly to six groups with differerent treatments in this experiment. Group 1 (Trinity-hormone): ITC+PMSG; Group 2: PGF2α once; Group 3: PGF2α+PGF2α; Group 4: home-made PIRD+PMSG+PGF2α; Group 5: import PIRD+PMSG 250IU; Ggroup 6: import PIRD+PMSG 500IU.The results were as follow:(1) The rate of synchronized estrus was higher in trinity-hormone group and PIRD groups than in PGF2α group.(2) The synchronized estrus time in the six groups were 24.0±14.5h, 25.3±15.2h, 42.0±15.7h, 50.6±18.9h, 41.3±17.5h and 47.1±13.4h, respectively. AI respectively finished. The conception rate of group 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 were respectively 53.85%, 60%, 60%, 69.23%, 73.33% and 61.54%. There was no difference (P>0.05) in the conception rate between the six groups.(3) This study demonstrates that synchronized estrus can get good performance after the treatment for sheep utilizing the program of trinity-hormone, PIRD and PGF2α.(4) The concentrate on P4, which was up to 0.29-0.63ng/ml, of pregnancy ewe on 22-23d after hybridization was higher than that on hybridization. There was no significant variance in the concentration of E2. We suggest that AI is made during the time of 33.2±10.1h after the treatment of trinity-hormone, 59.0±19.4h after the treatment of home-made PIRD+PMSG+PGF2α and 46.8±17.3h after the treatment of import PIRD+PMSG 250IU. Especially the program import PIRD+PMSG 250IU was adequate to widely apply for production.
