A total of 960 1-day old Shuangguitou meat duck were selected to examine the applied effect of a solid state fermentation microbial enzyme (Allzyme SSF) in corn-soybean meal diets and corn-wheat-soybean meal diets, the performance of meat ducks, tibia and toe characteristics, slaughter performance, serum parameters, nutrient digestibility and AME were determined.A total of 8 dietary treatments were involved: 1,corn-soybean meal diet; 2,com-soybean meal diet with low nutrition level(decrease 0.1% NPP,0.1% Ca and 75kcal/kg ME respectively); 3,diet 2+ 200 mg/kg Allzyme SSF/Kg of feed ; 4,diet2 + 300 mg/kg Allzyme SSF/Kg of feed; 5,corn-wheat- soybean meal diet (replaced 50% of corn by wheat); 6, corn-wheat- soybean meal diet with low nutrition level(decrease 0.1% NPP, 0.1% Ca and 75kcal/kg ME respectively); 7,diet6+200 mg/kg Allzyme SSF/Kg of feed ;8,diet6+300 mg/kg Allzyme SSF of feed. Each dietary treatment was randomly assigned to six pens of twenty ducks each. Each pen had half male and half female. The results showed that, diets and Allzyme SSF had no significant effect on growth performance of duck, but there was a trend that feed conversion ratio and average weight gain improved when added 200 mg/kg /Kg Allzyme SSF in corn-soybean meal diet with low nutrition level and 300 mg/kg /kg Allzyme SSF in corn-wheat-soybean meal with low nutrition level.Tibia and toe characteristics had no significant difference between all treatments .Different basic diets and Allzyme SSF dosage had no significant effect on the P and Ca content of tibia and toe of 49d ducklings, but there was a trend that tibia Ca content increased when added Allzyme SSF in corn- soybean meal diets with low nutrition level. There were no significant difference in Dressing percent, Thigh muscle ratio and Breast muscle ratio between different treatments. The Dressing percent of corn-wheat-soybean meal diets had a thend of prior to corn- soybean meal diets, 200 mg/kg /kg Allzyme SSF in both diets had decreased Belly fat percent. The DM and Ca digestibility of corn-wheat-soy diets were higher than corn- soybean meal diets. Both diets with low nutrition level decreased the digestibility of phosphorus, calcium and DM. The digestibility of phosphorus ,dry matter and AME increased when added Allzyme...
