Based on the completed research of water saving irrigation technique system and demonstration, we studied the benefit evaluation. The whole Study includes pot experiment and fields research.. First, using SWOT method we analyze the development of water-saving irrigation in urban green space. We summarize the techniques and manager method used in the water-saving irrigation at present. Then though SBE method, we build the math model to evaluate the apparent quality after irrigation. According to different evaluation aims, we establish the evaluation system and research ways in three different stages which are study on optimal choice for water-saving irrigation in urban green space, post evaluation study,and synthesis appraisa study. When building the systems, we use the Delphi method to establish the index system and use the Analytic Hierarchy Process method to establish the index weight. Finally, we confirm the evaluation methods through the field research in the experimental area of water-saving irrigation and make predictions about how to develop the water-saving irrigation in urban green space. The main conclusions are following:1. Adopting the method of the scenic beauty estimation (SEB), we filter four qualitative and quantified indexes such as life form, flowers percentage, crown density and color and so on, to evaluate the scenic effect of garden plant after irrigation, and establish a relevant mathematical model.2. Using AHP method, in the view of garden managers, the author brought forward an"Economy– Technoloy– Entiroment– SocialEffect"(ETES) system to evaluate the water-saving irrigation style.. Though accounting,we got five most important indices , from high weight to low, which follows: water cost, equipment cost, water using efficiency, plant suitability and effluence on soil.3. The post evaluation system of water-saving irrigation of urban green space is made up by three big sorts, eight minor terms and twenty-eight targets such as the project investment, the year operating cost and so on. Among them, there are twenty-quota target and eight stationary indices.4. we establishes the appraisal target system, according to the power rearrangement in the first five distinctions is the plant adaption degree, the improvement microclimate degree, environment pollution degree, to the populace living standard influence, the promotion country water-saving irrigation laws and regulations to be perfect...
