Research On Different Types Of Pesticides Preventing And Controlling Honeysuckle Planlet From Being Violated By Aphid

The medicinal material Flos Lonicera which belongs to the common- used medicine comes from the dried buds or primary flowers of Lonicera japonica Thunb.In this thesis ,we hold deep investigations and experimental studies on the disease and pest occurring instance of the honeysuckle whose mainly produced area is in ShangDong,and we summarized the varieties and prevention general instances of the disease and pest;we elucidated the research history ,morphological characteristics,life history and life habit,wreak status and preventions and cures of the disease and pest and mapped out aphid 'pollution-free prevention and cure policy;and we studied the physiological and biochemical changes of plant after being violated by aphid and we found that the major effective contents of the plant had an important effect on resisting the aphid Violation ;and we stuied the prevention and cure effect of different kinds of pesticides on the aphid of honeysuckle plant,proving that the prevention and cure effect of dichlorvos(DDVP) and imidacloprid is better, conforming with the demand of GAP;the studies proved that the effect of the dichlorvos on the aphid of the honeysuckle planet only kept one week,the results argued that the content of dichlorvos in the buds of honeysuckle is less than 0.01mg / kg, that the content is very low after sprayed beyond seven days,it explaining that we can guarantee the safety of the material medicine after we sprayed the dichlorvos one week later;we mapped out the Standard for safety application of pesticides for Flos Lonicera,that it can have an important effect on protecting the honeysuckle planlet from being violated by disease and pest and improving the quantity and quality of material medicine.
