Sugarcane is one of the economical crops in the south area of China. Harvesting sugarcane is a very painstaking, time consuming and high strength job. At the present time, there is not mature small-scale sugarcane harvester appearing in the market that adapts to the areas of south China. Harvesting sugarcane is still by hand mostly. And doing the research work about small-scale sugarcane harvester has great practical significance.The sugarcane leaves cleaner is one of the major parts of the small-scale sugarcane harvester. Our research group has done much research work. The 4ZB-6A small scale sugarcane leaves cleaner developed by ourselves already had its national patent. Its cleaning leaves element is the pioneer in its field. But this sugarcane leaves cleaner has a default, that is hurting sugarcane's skin, although the remaining sugarcane leaves percentage is very slow and the cleaning leaves element's fatigue life reaches 10~7 times.
