To research and design sugarcane harvest machine used in GuangXi hills region is important to reduce production costs,reduce labor intensity,improve the manual work and improve production efficiency.At the same time,it is even more important role for economic prosperity and social development in ethnic minority areas.This article comes from Ministry of Science and Technology scientific and technical personnel services enterprise project cooperating with the the Qinzhou Lishun Machinery Co.,Ltd,which is suitable for the hilly region of small sugarcane combine harvester product development(2009GJE2008),with a good platform of cooperation with Li Shun,in order to develop the lever-style small-scale sugarcane harvest prototype for overall objectives,stripping the leaf components is impatience of the drawbacks existing in physical prototype,which is focusing on the sugarcane harvester cleaning element in the nuclear components for research and development.This article is on the basis of existing cleaning appliance cleaning element to study,which is through of experiment to comparate analysis different material characteristic,using of tire tread rubber with high wear resistance and long service life benefits,creativing to utilitate the renewable resources.The disign idea is about the stripping leaves components.Since the recycled tire rubber sources is widespread?low prices,the performance aspect is suitable.for makingthe exhausted leaf part material,then the energy conservation environmental protection advocated now which regarding our country society has the vital significance,in promoting ecological civilization?promoting the economic society to continue the healthy development?the human and natural?human and social harmonious aspect,which has an irreplaceable role.Through old tread rubber to make rake leaves brush in order to comb the tail of the torn of the sugarcane leaves.Relying on high-speed rotation of the old tread rubber cleaning element to hit it,in order to achieve the completion about the tail efficacy in the process of stripping leaves.Through experiment to make the comparison of different materials flexibility,looking for cleaning element which is closest to the existing prototype flexibility characteristics of materials;combined with finite element analysis software technology,to establish a different shape of cleaning element model.On the basis of the group pre-personnel who made the cleaning element,emphasis on analysis of the peel,the force of the element shape and the position which is easy to damage.Thingking of the method to improve it,making the cleaning element mold and processing into finished products by laboratory physical experiment platform to be a feasibility study.And further the conclusions of theoretical analysis and simulation analysis,obtained the relevant parameters in the optimum state,which is providing a data support for the development of new prototype.The cleaning leaves element has been successfully applied to the new prototype tria,and have achieved good results,and has carried on the entity modelling to this plan.This article has aided the study on another cleaning element,with the help of friendly cooperation at the dawn of Guilin rubber Institute platforms,proposing to develop the exhausted leaf part with the airplane tire formula plan,and has carried on the entity modelling to this plan,and develops successfully,which is for the subsequent improvement of cleaning element and providing ideas for improvement.
