Effects Of Microecological Agent On Chicken's Immune Property

In this study ,microecological agent were added to broiler chicken's feed to test the effect of which to broiler chicken's immune property by detecting broiler chicken's weight gain, immune organs exponent, HI antibody titer of ND in the serum, Erythrocyte-C3b rosette rate (E-C3bRR), Erythrocyte-immune complex rosette rate (E-ICR) and percentage of T cells in organs, etc. Microecological agent were added to layer's feed, by detecting layer's HI antibody titer of ND in the serum, record and compute the egg-laying rate, incidence of intestinal disease, cast-for-death rate,to test the effect of microecological agent on layer's immune property,which would provided a scientific theoretical foundation for the development and application of microecological agent.The contents which have been done were as follows:1. Effects of microecological agent on broiler chicken's immune property.Four hundred 817 broiler chicken were randomly divided into two groups, two hundred in each group. Basal ration was complete diet pellets without antibiotics .
