Research And Control Of Pseudorabies In Scale Pig Farms Of Jilin

The investigation of epidemiology of porcine Pseudorabies was done on 51 pig farms by PR-FA and ELISA in Jilin area. The clean strategy of epidemiology on scale pig farms was studied with Pseudorabies gE-TK vaccine in three pig farms .The results are as following:160 samples were collected from 17 scale pig farms in Jinlin area and 49 samples were tested to be pseudorabies by PR-FA. The proportion of pig farms that were tested to be pseudorabies was 88.2%(15/17). Its clinical symptoms are characterized in piglets by fever, dyspnea, nerval symptom, salivation, growth stopping, weight falling, and high mortality, in sows by breeding disorder such as abortion and dead fetus, in grown-up animals light symptom.1906 pigs were tested by ELISA in 51 pig farms. The result showed that : the amount of seropositive rates was 344, the seropositive rates of Pseudorabies were between 15% and 40% in scale farms of Jinlin area.The 853 stock boar and breeding sow and 1278 reserve pigs and growing were examined through the blood examination in three pig farms of Jilin area. The amounts of seropositive were respectively 171,86. Through inoculating all pigs with Pseudorabies gE-TK vaccine and blood examination, the seropositive pigs were eliminated. Only the reserve pigs were negative for Pseudorabies can be used. Finally , all groups have no positive pigs.The result showed that the clean strategy of cleaning Pseudorabies was reasonable.
