Study On Chemical Fingerprint Of Eight Herbs

The method of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) fingerprint is an effictive to control the quality of traditional Chinese medicine in international. The research of TCM fingerprint is very significant for the TCM's modernization.We choose eight kinds of herbs in Mt.Emei Nature Reserve,including Tuber Fleeceflower Root, honeysuckle, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Giant Knotweed Rhizome, Giant Knotweed Rhizome, Common Knotgrass Herb, Medicated Leavenand and Szechuan Lovage Rhizomewas. We study on the High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) Fingerprint of the eight kinds of herbs. We study the methods of the sample solution preparation, the selection of reference matter, the optimization of Chromatography factors(i.e. the selection of Chromatography column, fluid phase, detecting wave). The HPLC-fingerprint of eight kinds of herbs was established. We test precision, repeatability and stability of experriment. So the method is repetitive and reliable.The chemical fingerprint data has been established by researching of chemical fingerprint of effictive parts of eight herbs from different producing area. The study can provide the method and the criterion to evaluate quality and control quality. The operating standard of medicinal materials sample preparation techniques and the operation method of HPLC fingerprint was made. The standards provided elements and first-hand experiment data for chemical fingerprint of "Nature Reserve Nationality Medicine Sample Neaten".
