Studies On Technique For Grape Seedlessness

This paper studies on technique for grape seedleesness of diploid , tetraploid and onetreatment with five kind of grape of 'Wink' , 'Manicure Finger' , 'Jumeigui' , 'Aki queen'and 'suiho' which has influence on the growth of grape.The main results as follow:1. Duplex grape has been great improvement on seedlss with treating on GA₃ Differenttreatments have different results. Wink has great result of seedless ,treated with GA₃50 mg.L^-1before the blooming,which was 100ï¼…. Manicure Finger has great result of seedless ,treated withGA325 mg.L^-1 on the blooming ,which was 77.5ï¼….The volume, weight, L/D and setting fruitrate of diploid grape were improved on a certain extent by a suitable content of GA₃ and CPPU. Ingeneral the effects of treatment before blooming were better than after blooming.2.The effects of seedless rate of tetraploid grape were worse than diploid grape .Although itcan evidently improve the seedless rate ,the best was only 74.5ï¼…. But the treatments on tetraploidgrape were better than diploid grape on the aspect of the volume, weight and L/D.3.The effects of one treatment of seedlessness before blooming were better than its onblooming and after blooming. The highest seedlees rate of Aki queen was 87.5ï¼…. And it wasresult of treatment B (25mg.L^-1 and GA3+2.5mg.L^-1 CPPU)of seven days before blooming.Itwas 97.2ï¼…of CK.4.There was a simple phenomenon that is it was induced a lot of small and abnormal fruitsby a treatment with a exorbitant content of GA₃ and the setting fruit rate was evidently improvedby treatment of GA₃, so it need extirpate the redundant fruit in a good time, or else it could splitthe fruit because of squeezing each other after maturing.
