The use of plant growth regulators has become an important link in the process of tablegrape cultivation.Its main purpose is to enlarge the fruit grain,improve the seedless rate of the fruit,and improve the commercial quality of the fruit.Gibberelins(GA3)and cytokinins(such as CPPU,TDZ,etc.)are most commonly used in viticulture.In this paper,grape superior individual plant’Y12’,’Y12-1’and’Y14’of’Shine Muscat’were treated with CPPU mixed with different concentrations of GA3 to study the changes of grape fruit size during the growth process and fruit quality at mature stage.And the mixture of GA3 and CPPU with different concentrations was used in the flowering stage,On the 14th day after flowering,‘Zhongshanmei’was treated with different concentrations of CPPU and GA3,in order to screen for different superior individual can show the best fruit quality of plant growth regulator combination,finally the results are as follows:1.The experimental results of treating grape superior individual plant’Y12’with the mixture of GA3 and CPPU showed that:after treatment with the mixture of GA3 and CPPU,the vertical and horizontal diameter,fruit shape index,single fruit weight and fruit greenness were significantly improved,but the titratable acid content was decreased.The results showed that 15 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU at the full flowering stage and 20 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU at 14 days after anthesis could significantly improve the fruit quality..2.GA3 and CPPU treatment’Shine Muscat’grape superior individual plant’Y12-1’the research results show that the coated used GA3 concentration is higher,the greater the fruit quality of fruit,join the CPPU can obviously improve the quality of the grape,reduce titratable acid content,use 20 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU mixture treatment to improve the effect of the soluble solids content is best.3.Treatment of grape superior individual plant’Y14’of’Shine Muscat’grape with GA3and CPPU showed that the treatment with the mixture of GA3 and CPPU could significantly increase the vertical and horizontal diameter,fruit shape index and fruit weight,but reduce the content of titratable acid.There was no significant difference in fruit diameter and shape index with different concentrations of GA3 and CPPU.At the same concentration of CPPU,the content of soluble solids decreased with the increase of GA3concentration.12.5 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU at the flowering stage and 20 mg/L GA3+5mg/L CPPU at 14 days after flowering could effectively increase the vertical diameter,horizontal diameter,soluble solid content and single fruit weight of’Shine Muscat’.4.GA3 and CPPU treatment of’Zhongshanmei’grape showed that the combined treatment of GA3 and CPPU could significantly increase the single fruit weight and vertical and horizontal diameter of the fruit,and reduce the fruit shape index.When the concentration of GA3 was the same at the flowering stage,the higher the concentration of CPPU,the higher the content of soluble solid and titratable acid in grape fruits.The longitudinal diameter and single fruit weight of’Zhongshanmei’treated with 20 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU at the flowering stage and 25 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU 14 days after flowering were significantly higher than those of the control(water)and reached the maximum value.When the fruit was treated with 25mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU at the flowering stage and 25mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU at the 14 days after flowering,the cross diameter and soluble solids of the fruit were significantly higher than those of the control(water)and reached the maximum value.The fruit shape index was significantly lower than that of the control(clear water)and reached the minimum value.
