The vitamin E and the chemical element of selenium are essential nourishment composition of animals,by which maintaining animal to reproductive function normally,promoting metabolize of the body,strengthening the immunity dint,and all development important function.In the meantime,both had the helping function each other.The Wan-xi white goose is the good area species of Anhui province.It grows quickly and bears coarse food,whose meat quality is delicate and down is good. However,the lay egg rate of the female goose is very low and her nest is much long, which influenced the Wan-xi white goose produce function seriously and restricted the economic development of the Poultry industry in the region.The experiment originally with two year age Wan-xi white goose is on trial animal,the daily grain of foundation is corn-rude rice-bean cake;To study the different addition level of the vitamin E and selenium to reproductive function and reproductive immune influence of Wan-xi white goose,providing a certain reference to raising reproductive function of Wan-xi white geese.The experiment was randomly allotted into 16 dietary treatments groups according to two factors 4×4 completely design.The formulation of Diets included 4 vitamin E levels of 0,100,350,450mg/kg,and 4 levels of selenium of 0,0.15,0.60, 1.10mg/kg.Observing,examining and analyzing on-the-spot,we study the rate of lay egg, the rate of impregnation,the rate of hatches of Wan-xi white goose;In the period of experiment,Extracted the blood once a week,to examine the Iuteinizing hormone cells(LH),the Follicotropic cells(FSH),the estradiol(E2),the progesterone(P4),the prolactin release luteinizing hormone by the radiommunoas-say.In the meantime,to choose several groups,when the experiment was fourth weeks,to take its ovary and magnum tubae uterinae as the material of adulthood Wan-xi White goose,to make use of the normal regulations organization slice,dyeing with toluidine blue and Safranine O(TB-S)and Alcian blue-Periodic acid-Schiff(PAS-AB),by microscope add into statistic,and histochemistry and quantitative analytical image,to analyze the number and size of mast cells of the ovary and the content of mucin of magnum tubae uterinae in the Wan-xi White goose.The result showed that: There was obvious effect on rates of lay egg,rates of impregnation,rates of hatches in different levels VE and Se.The higher rates of lay egg groups,whose rates of impregnation and rates of hatches were higher else and the three indexes were direct proportion relation;Especially,the group of the VE350mg/kg+ Se0.6mg/kg set, which showed obvious biggest effect on rates of lay egg,rates of impregnation and rates of hatches.However,we still saw,the rates of lay egg,the rates of impregnation and the rates of hatches of the Wan-xi White goose were different degree descend when the content of selenium was 1.10 mgs/kg in the foundation day food.There was obvious effect of different levels to reproductive hormone E2,LH,FSH (P<0.05).but no influence difference to the PRL(P>0.05);The different selenium element level shows obvious effect to the P4(P<0.05);The different vitamin E did not shows obvious effect the P4;At the same time,the vitamin E and the selenium element to the reproductive hormone E2 and the P4 influence exactly the opposite, the P4 descending while the E2 ascending.The interaction influence of both the selenium element and the vitamin E was also obviously(P<0.05).Among them the VE350mg/kg+Se0.60mg/kg set show obvious bigger effect towards rates of lay,rates of impregnation,rates of hatches and reproductive hormone E2,LH,FSH also.But with increasing of VE and Se,these six index signs were not obvious effect,the especially high selenium set,it displayed descend trend also.The result showed that the number and size of mast cells of the ovary in the Wan-xi White goose:The VE 350mg/kg+Se0.60mg/kg set compared with other sets was obvious difference(P<0.05),and with 100mg/kg+0.15mg/kg set,450mg/kg+0.15mg/kg set, 450mg/kg+1.10mg/kg set was biggest difference(P<0.01);with 100 mg/kg+0.60mg/kg set the difference did not difference(P>0.05);But 100 mg/kg+0.15mgs/kg set,450mg/kg+0.15mg/kg set,the 450mg/kg+1.10mg/kg set did not difference(P>0.05).The result showed that the content of mucin of magnum tubae uterinae in the Wan-xi White goose:The VE350mg/kg+Se0.6mg/kg set compared with the VE100mg/kg+Se0.15 mg/kg set,the VE450mg/kg+Se0.15mg/kg set and the VE100mg/kg+Se0.6mg/kg set was difference(P<0.05),but with the VE450 mg/kg+Se1.10mg/kg set was not difference(P>0.05);The VE450 mg/kg+Se1.10 mg/kg set compared with the VE100mg/kg+Se0.15mg/kg set and VE450mg/kg+Se0.15mg/kg set was difference (P<0.05),but with VE100mg/kg+Se0.6mg/kg set was not difference(P>0.05).As the front discuss,there was obvious effect to the rates of lay,rates of impregnation,rates of hatches and reproductive hormone E2,LH,FSH in the different increases the level VE and Se to two years age the Wan-xi White goose;But not influence to the PRL.And the number and size of mast cells of the ovary and the content of mucin of magnum tubae uterinae in the Wan-xi White goose were different also,the The VE350mg/kg+Se0.6mg/kg set was biggest effect.
