| This study was carried out to investigate the effect of proliferation, rooting, and acclimatization of Gardenia jasminoides Eills for lager-scaleproduction of seeding, and indicated the methods of decreasing cost of seedingproduction, furthermore the techeque of pot and field culture was described, theresults are summarized as follows:.MS medium with BA of 1.0mg/L, NAA of 0.1mg/L and sucrose 30 g/L wasfavorable for differentiation and growth of shoots. NAA was more effective forrooting, 100%of rooting with vigorous shoot growth were found in 0.1mg/L NAAtreatment. The feasibility of rooting ex vitro was found during rooting stage. Rootformation and growth were batter in foam than pedite treatment; pH and EC innutrient effected shoot and root growth, the vigorus plantlet growth was found in pH 5and EC 1.0 mS·cm-1 treatment. Otherwise, 100%of survival rate and favorableplantlet growth after transplanting into substrate in 1/2 sand+1/2organic fertilizer werediscovered.During the mass production of seeding of Gardenia jasminoides in vitro, theseveral methods could decrease the production cost of seeding, as top water andedible white sugar replacing distilled water and sucrose in making culture medium, moreover, rooting ex vitro instead of conventional tissue culture. Bbioreactor culturewas also is a efficient medium for decreasing cost of seeding.Gardenia jasminoides should hold more soil when transplant into ports from thesouth to north area and watering rainwater of stockpile. Transfering ports into aenvironment of over 0℃temperature for living through the winter befor frost, wasneeded. Field culture is suitable for each province of south in Changjiang valley. |
