Gardenia (the Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis) Callus Induction And Rapid Propagation

The different parts of explant of Gardenia jasminoides were made induced culture. Different culture factors for callus growth were studied. According to experiments,inductive rate presents stem with stem top> leaf > immature fruit ovary > stem,the favourable basic medium for callus growth were MS and B5,which work with NAA0.5 mg.L-1 and 6-BA 1.0 mg. L-1.The best shoot proliferation was obtained from culture treated with TDZ compared with 6-BA and ZT. Working with IAA, IAA 1. 0 mg.L -1+TDZ0.02 mg.L -1 is the best content.Suspension culture is better effecting on adventitious shoot regeneration of gardenia.MS + NAA0.2 mg · L-1+6-BA2 mg · L-1 is better culture medium for shoor growth,and MS+NAA0.1 mg · L-1 is better root initiation culture medium.
