Entironment Attestation According To EurepGAP For Taxus Chinensis Var. Mairiei

The discussion of EurepGAP and the development of export trade of Chinese traditional medicine were processed firstly. The purpose of this thesis was establishing technical advice and countermeasure to EurepGAP on the base of the situation of our country of the development of Chinese traditional medicine and the existent problem in the system of the safe quality.In the process of study, the information of soil, agriculture, entironment and social economy in the planting area of T. chinensis var. mairiei were collected. At the same time of sampling on September in 2006, the using of soil, planting system, the kinds of organic fertilizer, chemic fertilizer, pesticide, the landform of sampling, the character of the earth's surface and the status of soil, irrigation wellspring, water quality were investigated. And technical estimate of base atmosphere, irrigation wellspring, the quality of soil entironment and the remain of pesticide, heavy metal and toxicant in Taxus chinensis var. mairiei were achieved according as the standard of EurepGAE.The results of estimate were as followed:1,the actuality of atmosphere entironment qualityThe actuality of atmosphere entironment quality in the planting base in Fuyang of Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. was inspected. The results showed the concentration of SO₂ and fluorid were under the standard of European air quality. The pollute index were between 0.06 and 0.16 for fluorid, and between 0.35 and 0.71 for SO₂. It showed the actuality of atmosphere entironment quality was all right.2,the actuality of irrigation wellspring entironment qualityThe actuality of irrigation wellspring entironment quality was inspected. The results showed the numerical value of the contamination in irrigation wellspring entironment were less than 1. It showed the quality of irrigation wellspring in the planting base accorded with the standard of European irrigation wellspring quality.3,the actuality of soil entironment qualityThe use of chemical pesticide will remain in the soil so that the soil would be polluted, in which the use of chlorin,mercury,arsenic and plumbum contained pesticide and some herbicide would make the soil polluted badly. In the planting base, the use of pesticide and chemic fertilizer were forbidden to improve the quality of medicinal materials. The index of certain heavy metals were between the range of standard after the inspect for pollute factors. The nitrogen in soil was more than the average. In a word, the soil entironment quality in Fuyang planting base accorded with the standard of European soil entironment quality. 4,the actuality of remain of pesticide,heavy metal and toxicant in T. chinensis var. mairieiThe remain of pesticide,heavy metal and toxicant in T chinensis var. mairiei was investigated by GC according to the method 5.0 in European pharmacopoeia. The results showed that the kinds of pesticide remained contain: organic chlorin,organic phosphorus. The other pesticide remained were not detected. The remain of cuprum,arsenic,cadmium,hydrargyrum and plumbum and bacterium were less than the maximal capacity in the administration of food,tobacco goods,cosmetic and other commodity. The holistic estimate of the entironment quality in planting base showed the planting base of T. chinensis var. mairiei accorded with the standard of EurepGAP.
