| Lily is a famous flower. The bulb has the characteristic of endodormancy. Grasping the dormancy characteristic and fast dormancy-breaking method of lily bulb is the key of post-harvest skill and successfully realizing the anniversary production of cut flower. In this study, the effect of reagent treatment on breaking dormancy and forcing flowering of lily was studied, using Lilium Asiatic Hybrid'prato'as materials, the key results as follow:1. Three reagent formulas (A1:gibberellin160mg/L+ ethrel400mg/L+ potassium nitrate 1.0%+ thiourea0.10%;A2:gibberellin200mg/L+ ethrel500mg/L+ potassium nitrate1.0%+ thiourea0.25 % :A3:gibberellin240mg/L+ ethrel600mg/L+ potassium nitrate2.0 % + thiourea0.50%) could break the dormancy of lily bulbs and advance its sprouting in certain degree. Among of them the first one A1 had the best effect. Even if without low temperature, the effect was also very obvious, it could not only promote sprouting 16d and florescence 10d ahead of the control, but also significantly increase flower buds, leaf numbers, bud length and plant height.2. Combining with appropriate low temperature, the effect of reagent breaking dormancy was increased, and reagent twice could promote sprouting, decrease sprouting days, force flower on the basis of reagent once. In this experiment A1B2C combination that is A1 combining with 20d low temperature and using half concentration of A1 testing twice had the best effect of promoting sprouting and forcing flower, which could promote growth and significantly increase flower buds, plant height, bud length and diameter of flower.3.Studying changes of starch content and total soluble sugar content in lily bulbs during cold storage after reagent treatment, we found, starch content was hydrolyzed and total soluble sugar content was accumulated. But the decreasing speed of starch content and increasing speed of total soluble sugar content were slower than control's.4.Studying changes of phenols content in lily bulbs during cold storage after reagent treatment, we found, phenols content had an increasing trend, but the speed of phenols content in reagent treatment bulb was slower than control's. |
