The disease occurrence principal of A.carmichaeli was investitated. There are some suggestions for comprehensive prevention and cure the main disease of A.carmichaeli.Meanwhile, the induced resistance effect of salicylic acid on leaf sport of A.Carmichaeli were studied to offer a new way that preventing and curing the leaf sport of A.Carmichaeli.The main conclutions are as follows:1. Leaf spot disease, root-rot disease and southern blight are the main disease of A.carmichaeli.Root-rot disease has the biggest harm on A.carmichaeli among them.The disease rate and index of root-rot reach its peak in July and August ,which is 45% and 0.29 respectively.And harvest in time can reduce the lost.While The rate of leaf spot disease reach its peak period in July and September,which up to 80%.And it has the serious influence on growth of the root.2. The result showed that continious cropping is one of the main reasons that accelerate the spreading of disease.So appropriate rotation is one main issue to prevent the plant from infection.3. The disease occurrence of shaded side is notably different from the sunny side.So A.carmichaeli should select sunny side to plant for reducing the lost.4. The main insect pest of A.carmichaeli is argyrogramma agnate.Generally the larva of argyrogramma agnate start to eat leaves together in the end of April.So this time is the key period of prevention and curing pest.Outdoor experiments showed that control effects of Su Deli(4.8ml/L)and Bi Tujin(0.3ml/L)are up to 78% and 73.9% respectively, which could be applied into practice.5. The activity of POD, PPO and PAL in A.carmichaeli leaves increased obviously after spraying with different density of SA. Enzymatic activities get the maximum and the induced-resistance effect is the best one(21.05%) when the density of SA up to 5mmol/L.The plant of A.carmichaeli were t reated with SA at two-leave stage with the thirdl leave expanded and the forth one unexpanded.The results showed that the forth leaf also had higher enzymatic activities than control and the diameter of disease in forth leaf reduced by 18.33%,which indicated that Aconitum carmichaeli has systemic acquired resistance(SAR) after induced by SA. 6. Changes of POD, PPO and PAL activity in A. carmichaeli leaves were studied after spraying salicylic acid (SA) 2 days before inoculation with Septoria aconite Bacc. The results showed that the activity of POD, PPO and PAL increased obviously after spraying with SA.SA treated plants had higher enzymatic activities than control after inoculation with Septoria aconite Bacc. At the same time , the resistant cultivar show stronger and longer enzymatic activities than the susceptible one.Induced-resistance effects were investigated after inoculated 7days on resistant cultivar and susceptible cultivar ,and the results showed that the effective percentage was 30.43% and 21.21% respectively. It was apparently deduced that the control effect to Septoria aconite Bacc was better on resistant cultivar than susceptible one after spraying with SA.
