There are three trials in this study: 1. Effects of dehulling and extruding(140℃) on nutrition composition and Antinutritional factor etc. of soybean: 2. Effects of dehulled full-fat soybean(DFFSB) replacing fish meal or dehulled soybean meal(DSBM) on growth performance and small intestinal organs development in weaned piglets; 3. Study on antioxidtive activities in vitro of dehulled full-fat soybean hydrolysed by three enzymes. The first trial, using both laboratory common methods and special methods(including NIR and Gas chromatography)to determine effects of dehulling and extruding on common nutrition, amino acid(AA) and main fat acid(FA) content of soybean. The result showed: After dehulling and extruding at 140℃, moisture, crude fiber in soybean were reduced by 25.4%(P<0.01), 50.2%(P<0.01); crude protein(CP), crude fat(CF) were increased by 8.87%(p>0.05), 9.17%(P<0.05): urease activity in soybean was reduced by 97.76%(p<0.01; EFA(linoleic acid etc) content was promoted by 2.4%(p>0.05); EAA(Lys. etc) content, standardized ileal digestible amino acid rate(dig. Lys, etc) were increased by 7.93%(p<0.01), 5.95%(p<0.01).The second trial, Hydrolyzates of dehulled full-fat soybean powder by three enzymes were used (in L9(34) orthogonal test) in vitro to determine the effects of scanvenging rate of one to the free radicals of DPPH and inhibition on the RBC hemolysis. After washing, the results showed: (1)1%dosage of subtilisin, 90min at 45%, pH7.0 as the ideal hydrolytic condition, It was at 65.32%of the scanvenglng rate of dehull full-fat soybean hydrolysed by subtilisin to the free radicial of DPPH; (2) 4%dosage of papain, 30min at 45℃, pH8.5 as the ideal hydrolytic condition, It was at 79.19%of the scanvenging rate of dehull full-fat soybean hydrolysed by papain to the free radicial of DPPH; (3) 5%dosage of pepsin, 30min at 37℃, pH1.0 as the ideal hydrolytic condition, It was at 60.00%of the scanvenging rate of dehull full-fat soybean hydrolysed by pepsin to the free radicial of DPPH;(4) The effects on antioxidtive activities of dehulled full-fat soybean hydrolyzed by pepsin were better than by others. The third trial, 128 weaned PIC piglets were randomly divided 4 experimental treatments with 4 replicates(8/pen) to determine the effects of DFFSB replacing fish meal or dehulled soybean meal on growth performance and small intestinal organs development.Experimental treatmentⅠ(basal diet+5%fish meal+0%DFFSB), experimental treatmentⅡ(basal diet+2.5%fish meal+4%DFFSB), experimental treatmentⅢ(basal diet+0%fish meal+12.6%DFFSB). The results of DFFSB addition showed:①DFFSB addition had no significant effect on piglet performance(p>0.05);②The serumN, glucose, T3, T4 were not significantly (p>0.05) influenced, and the serum ALT was significantly(p<0.05) decreased;③The amylase activity, lipase activity in duodenum and ileum were not significantly (p>0.05) influenced, but amylase activity in jejunum was significantly (p<0.05) decreased;④The mucosal weight of small intestine was not significantly (p>0.05) influenced;⑤The villus height and crypt depth of small intestine was not significantly (p>0.05) influenced.Experimental treatmentⅢ(basal diet+12.6%DFFSB), experimental treatmentⅣ(basal diet+35.5%DSBM+2.14%oil). ComparedⅢwithⅣ:①Piglet weight gain, incidence of diarrhoea were not significantly (p>0.05) influenced, but intake decreased(p<0.05), FCR was significantly improved(p<0.01);②The serum N, glucose, ALT, T3, T4 were not significantly (p>0.05) influenced;③Amylase activity, lipase activity in small intestine were not significantly (p>0.05) influenced;④The mucosal weight of small intestine was not significantly (p>0.05) influenced;⑤The villus height and crypt depth of duodenum was not significantly (p>0.05) influenced, but that in jejunum and ileum were significantly(p<0.05) affected.
