This paper is to select nine spawn from mother culture ;After the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salts are determined, it further takers multi-factors of the test to discern the optimal proportion between factors,so that the optimal mother medium of Pleurotus errngii is screened.The test studied the growth vigour,the growth rate,property of distribution of Pleurotus errngii mycelia in mother culture media.Next,the experiment studies the Pleurotus errngii compost.Using cotton seed hull,saw-dust,corn cob which are aboundent in Shanxi as substrate,to select formula of substrate suitable for Shanxi and northern areas.This period studies the Pleurotus errngii of biological efficiency ,and to carry on routine nutritional component and functional component analysis ,and the change of extracellular enzyme activity during its growth on wheat strawof Pleurotus errngii.On the basis of high-yield technology,This takes second-order regression orthogonal rotation design according to several sole factors which influence the growth of Pleurotus errngii mostly to determine the optimal proportion between them,so the optimal formulae of the cultivation compost is screened out.Finally,on the basis of selecting spawn and high-yield formulae, it further takers the L9( 34 )orthogonal test to study the effect of the different alcohol concentration,method and thickness of casing soil on the biological efficiency of Pleurotus errngii.The results show that:(1) In the nine kinds of cultivation,the properties of cultivation and biological efficiency of P4 are higher than those. Pleurotus errngii 4 from the Sanming Mycological Institute of Fujian Province behaves finer than other varieties.(2) The experiment of sole factors in formulae of Pleurotus errngii mother medium shows that:the optimal carbon source is glucose,the optimal nitrogen source is peptone, the optimal inorganic salts is MgSO4.On this basis,the multi-factors of test shows that: when the concentration of potato,glucose,peptone, MgSO4,VB1, KH2PO4, Agar are respectively 200g/L, 20g/L, 5g/L, 1.5g/L, 10mg/L, 3g/L,20g/L,the Pleurotus errngii mycelium grows in the best condition.(3) Using cotton seed hull,saw-dust,corn cob to cultivate as substrate, the result shows that the optimal cultivation compost as substrate is cotton seed hull. This takes second-order regression orthogonal rotation design, so the optimal formulae of the high-yield formulae is screened out: cotton seed hull 52.38%, saw-dust 18.09%,wheat bran 23.76%,sucrose 3.733%,gypsum l%,calcium superphosphate 1%. The biological efficiency can be up to 81.18%.(4) The different alcohol concentration,method and thickness of casing soil effect directly the biological efficiency of Pleurotus errngii.The results indicated that the optimum combination of four factors was the combination of alcohol concentration : 2%, the days after the maturity : 15d,method of casing soil : the cut and thickness of casing soil : four centimeters.
