In order to give full play to the Boer goat heterosis, Fattening periodthrough research crossbred Boer goats of the wave energy and proteinnutritional requirements parameters, Screening of a better economic efficiencyand the energy mix of protein teed supplements, with a view to keeping thescientific theoretical basis and provide production guidance.Experiment 1: Protein test a crossbred Boer goats of different energy levelsof dietary protein and nutritional parameters of the test requirementSixteen fattening crossbred male Boer goats F1( Bore♂×Longlin♀)weaned at the age of 3 month with meanbody weight of 15.47±1.56kg wereused to Study. A 4×4 Latin square experiment design was conducted to studythe energy and protein requirements of stall-feeding crossbred Boer goats fedthe four different diets based on recommendation of nutrients requirements ofNRC(1981).The results indicated that four different diets ration the relationshipbetween DMI and average daily gain (△W,g/d) and metabolic weight (W0.75,kg)is DMI (g/d)=181.3W0.75-0.61△W- 696.2 (r=0.9287). The predictionequations of nutritional requirements about Gross energy (GE), digestibleenergy (DE) and crude protein (CP) for stall-feeding growing crossbred Boer goats were:CP (g/d)=19.56 W0.75+0.25△W-120.6 (r=0.7836)GE (MJ/d)=2.98 W0.75+0.023△W-13.19 (r=0.8257)DE (MJ/d)=1.26 W(0.75)-0.006△W + 1.96 (r=0.6236)For the stall-feeding growing crossbred Boer goats, aged at 3~6 months,Metabolic rate of gross energy of the diets is 0.49; digestibility of crude proteinis 0.63: The protein requirement of per live weight gain form eat goats is 0.32gPD/g gain (PD, protein deposited).Experiment 2: Fattening crossbred male Boer goats slaughter fatteningperiod of performanceChoice within each weight close to the average weight of a healthy ramthrough in the slaughter rate, the rate of neat, hydraulic systems, Tenderness andother indicators to measure crossbred Boer lamb production levels and meatquality. The results show: relative to the feed the first diet crossbred Boer goats, dietary 2nd,third, fourth groups were slaughtered increased 3.59%,1.88%,4.93%;legs were increased by 2.88%, 1.89% lower, higher 9.63%; Dressing ratedropped to 0%,3.41% rose 1.20% Carcass Dressing rates were lower3.49%,5.81%,3.58%; The rate of bone and meat increased 10.95%, 6.38% lower, raising 15.49%; Ocular area increased 1.77%, 0.98% lower, rising 6.08%. Wecan conclude that dietary nutrition as raising the level of their meat, the betterthe performance, especially the energy level rises, on the sheep meat production performance greater impact; Through the red, pH, conductivity, hardness, andother indicators to the determination of come to a different diet of Poron hybridsheep meat little impact. In short, drawn the fourth diet group best formula to better adapt to thedevelopment of Guangxi goats status.
