This paper studied the plants propagation and rooting under various treatments by taking the stem segment of Feng man hong raspberry as explants, And during propagation and rooting of the raspberry, the relationship between the morphosis and the variation of physiological and biochemical index was studied for a base of efficient controlling in vitro organic morphosis. As the same, there was a positive and directive significance which the relationship between the growth media and the variation of physiological and biochemical index and growing states of the transplanting plants was investigated.The results showed that: the propagation medium of the raspberry were induced on MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+ Agar 7.0 g/L+ Sugar 30.0 g/L which had the best situation to the propagation rate and the growth of plantlets; at the same time, the best optimal medium on rooting was 1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+Agar 7.0 g/L+Sugar 30.0 g/L; and chose that 2/5 sand+2/5 humussoil+1/5 perlite as the best growing media whose the plant survival rate was 98.5% in growing media higher than others during the transplanting period.The concentrations of physiological and biochemical index in the propagation of the soluble sugar and the starch content about raspberry stem segment were studied, which rise in the prophase of formation and got the peak value at the third week, and then drop later. However, the concentrations of physiological and biochemical index of the soluble sugar and the starch content in the rooting about raspberry stem segment were studied, which drop in the prophase of formation and got the nadir value at the first week, and then rise sharply and got the peak value at the second week, and drop gently later. So the suitable Culture days was four weeks both propagation stage and rooting stage. The physiological and biochemical index including the activity of root, the content of chlorophyll, the content of MDA, the activity of SOD, etc. had the same uptrend and got monotonous after the second week during the transplanting period, then cultivated in field.These investigations demonstrated that in raspberry plants there were some relationships between the morphosis and the concentrations of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the propagation stage and rooting stage. At the same, there were some relationships between the morphosis and the physiological and biochemical index including the activity of root, the content of chlorophyll, the content of MDA, the activity of SOD, etc. during the transplanting period.
