The Chilli (Capsicum annuum var.acuminatum) is so called QIN JIAO, hot pepper and"Xi'an Chilli"in the international trade, and it is one of the main economic crops in guanzhong area in shaanxi province. It has made great contributions to the development of the economy and to the improvement of local people's living.This test researches some key technologies on non-polluted chilli production, which includes the interplanting patterns and the defending of diseases and insects by biology etc.In the test, compared with the growth of sole crop, I research three different interplanting patterns——wheat/chilli, maize/chilli and wheat /maize/chilli. The result shows that interplanting patterns can efficiently lower the air temperature and ground temperature in fields, increase relative humidity and reduce light intensity. It also shows that interplanting patterns can obviously lower virus diseased plant rate and blight plant rate r and decrease the damage of pest borer of fruit to chilli. The result indicates that interplanting patterns can obviously increase the total output values in unit area. The pattern of wheat /maize/chilli is the best one among the different patterns.Compared with the growth of sole crop,there are three different interplanting proportions of chilli to watermelon. They are 2 to 1, 4 to 1 and 6 to 1. The result shows that the proportion of 4 to 1 is the best one, which can significantly enhance total output values by 53% in unit area.The test analyses the control effect on trichogramma to helicoverpa armigera and h. assulta (lepidoptera, noctuidae). The result shows the occurrence pattern of helicoverpa armigera and h. assulta (lepidoptera, noctuidae). There are two generations from June to August in the test. The first period is the one from the mid- June to mid-July. Helicoverpa armigera and h. assulta (lepidoptera, noctuidae) reach a flourish period in early July, which is the main generation of damage and has the largest number and great damage. The other is the one from the late July to late August. The character is that they reach a flourish period in early August, which has small size, amount and damage.The result also shows that the average rate of pupal emergence of trichogramma is up to 57%. The average parasitism rate of the parasite releases fields is 13.5% higher than the normal situation. In other words,the effect of parasitism is obvious. The pest borer of fruit rate of the parasite releases fields is lower 8.2% than the normal situation.In a word, the suitable interplanting patterns can efficiently improve the environment in fields, control effectively the occurrence of the diseases and insect pests and enhance the economic benefits. Using trichogramma, it can effectively control and decrease the damage of helicoverpa armigera and h. assulta (lepidoptera, noctuidae).
